Sales Manager, Construction Materials Testing

The role We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales Manager to accelerate the growth of our construction materials testing business across Finland and wider European markets. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of sales, from growing existing customer accounts to driving inbound and outbound acquisition of new customers. You’ll work closely with our technical experts and leadership team, playing a key role in scaling a business that’s already gaining strong international traction. Your focus areas will include (but are not limited to): Construction Materials (especially floorings and insulations, e.g. EN 13501-1 Classification, EN 717-1 Formaldehyde Release, EN 12667 Thermal Resistance) International Maritime Organization (IMO) tests Railway Vehicle tests (e.g. EN 45545-2) Motor Vehicle tests (e.g. UN/ECE R118) Dust explosivity The role is primarily based at our Vallila office in Helsinki , with occasional travel to customer meetings and industry exhibitions across target markets (typically <30 travel days per year ).
