H is looking for a Strategic Bid Manager — AI Automation to lead and coordinate responses to complex bids, tenders, RFPs and RFIs
from large enterprises and public-sector organizations.
As demand for AI automation accelerates, H needs a structured, commercially minded, and technically curious bid professional who
can translate customer needs into compelling proposals. You will help H win strategic opportunities by producing high-quality,
persuasive, compliant, and differentiated responses.

You will work closely with H’s sales, product, engineering, legal, security, finance, and leadership teams.

About the Team: The Implementation Strategist is the strategic link between customer and our engineering team. Your key stack is understand where the biggest customer problem stand and help find the right Agents to help our customer automate and optimize tasks, and allow them to focus on what really matters. The team is also responsible to shape the future vision of our products by distilling learnings from the field into the H platform. That platform empowers a wide range of professionals and businesses to safely, easily and autonomously deploy agents at scale for a broad range of tasks: from ensuring websites behave as expected to automating repeated tasks. You will be the central point of our events strategy: from event selection through to post-event follow-up, you will manage the entire cycle with a content-first approach and a strong network within the tech and media ecosystem. THE ROLE We are looking for a highly driven Growth Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to help accelerate H’s global growth across enterprise and strategic accounts. This role sits at the intersection of growth, demand generation, product marketing, and outbound strategy. You will be responsible for building scalable acquisition engines, generating qualified pipeline, and positioning H as a category leader in agentic AI. You will work closely with leadership, sales, product, and operations teams to design and execute high-impact campaigns targeting enterprise buyers, technical decision-makers, and innovation leaders. We are looking for someone who combines analytical rigor with creativity, someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building from zero to one.
