This role bridges the gap between product operations and customer-facing processes, offering you hands-on experience and the
opportunity to own smaller projects independently from end to end.

ABOUT THE ROLE CODE is looking for a Working Student (f/m/x) to join our Business Management & Entrepreneurship (BME) team as Research Assistant and to provide additional support as Teaching Assistant in the Orientation Semester. The BME study program is involved in an initiative to create a new online journal for applied academic content in the product management and entrepreneurship space. As Research Assistant for BME you will support in the preparation and development of this initiative. Additionally, you will support the team as Teaching Assistant for the module OS_03: Introduction to Business Management & Entrepreneurship, acting as a tutor for Orientation Semester students. We’re looking for someone who is able to take on the following responsibilities: 1. Research Assistant tasks: * Research current journals and other publications of applied academic research in the field of product management and entrepreneurship. * Research technological options for the operation of an open access online journal. * Support the planning, scheduling and execution of meetings, workshops, and events related to the initiative. * Support the preparation and development of templates for the typesetting and layout of academic content. 2. Teaching Assistant tasks: * Help create a positive environment for Orientation Semester (OS) students to push themselves to learn. * Help OS students with content & challenges they are struggling with. * Ensure that essential feedback reaches Faculty. We’re looking for someone with the following skillset: * Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. * Attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks, including document preparation and report generation. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in completing assigned tasks. * Understanding of academic environments and the ability to navigate academic policies and procedures. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally to various stakeholders. * Desire to help fellow students. If, beyond this, you bring along any of the following, it would give our team an edge. Keep in mind that none of these points are requirements, though: * Knowledge of basic project management principles and experience in coordinating * meetings, workshops, or events. * Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably in an educational or academic setting. * Previous experience in online publication of longform content. For us to be able to hire you for this position you must meet the following requirements: * Being currently matriculated at CODE, in the BME program. * Having a registered address in Germany and a German tax number. * Having the right to work in Germany. * Having a German bank account. What you can expect: * Working student contract. * Duration: Fall Semester 2026. * Part-time position: maximum 20 hours per week (up to 15 hours per week for Research Assistant tasks + up to 70 hours in the whole Semester for Teaching Assistant tasks). * 15,00 EUR per hour (gross).
YOUR MISSION Support team in various areas such as: * Competitor Analysis & Pricing Intelligence * Research and monitor competitor pricing across European EV charging markets * Prepare structured overviews and benchmarks to support pricing decisions for IONITY * App Documentation & Benchmarking * Document IONITY app features, user flows, and release updates in Confluence and internal wikis * Conduct structured benchmarking of competitor apps against IONITY's digital product — identifying gaps and opportunities to improve the customer journey * KPI Reporting * Support the preparation of regular KPI reports, consolidating data from PowerBI dashboards and other internal sources * Flag unusual patterns and help translate performance data into actionable insights for the team * Support Charging Card Handling * Assist with operational tasks related to the IONITY charging card, including order management, issuance tracking, and coordination with relevant internal stakeholders * Tariff Configuration * Support the configuration and maintenance of tariffs (IONITY Go, IONITY Motion, IONITY Power) in our backend systems * Prepare configuration files and support quality-checking of tariff data ahead of go-live * CX Review Management * Collect, structure, and analyse customer reviews and feedback from sources such as app stores and customer satisfaction surveys * Summarise key themes and present insights to support the team's customer experience agenda YOUR PROFILE * Currently studying towards a university degree in Management Economics, Business Management, IT, Engineering or similar fields.Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint). * Best case: First knowledge gained in Jira, confluence and mobile app development. * Knowledge of e-mobility and charging industry * Good communication skills. * Fluent in English/German is required. * A good analytical thinking and customer focused. * Be a highly motivated self-starter with a flexible, can-do attitude. * Availability for a minimum of 12 months.

DEINE AUFGABEN You’ll support our AI engineering team hands-on across our AI projects - helping build and test AI agents and automated workflows, while also helping maintain our internal maturity assessment tool.
