The Mobile Core team develops frameworks and tools that empower engineering teams across Twitch to build compelling mobile
experiences. In this role, you will directly contribute to creating and refining core features, such as Video Playback, while
architecting strategic solutions for internal developers. Twitch is evolving its mobile strategy from native-first to a hybrid
approach that leverages React in WebViews alongside native iOS capabilities. You'll work on high-impact initiatives including our
hybrid web-to-mobile platform, performance optimization at scale, automated testing infrastructure, and developer tooling that
accelerates velocity across the organization.
You will report to the Senior Engineering Manager for Mobile Core iOS and can work from either our Seattle, Irvine, San Francisco
or our New York City offices.

ABOUT THE ROLE As the SIRT Manager, you will lead Twitch's Security Incident Response Team, reporting to the VP of Security. You'll oversee a team responsible for detecting and handling security incidents, and be an advocate for lessons learned from incidents across Twitch. You bring expertise in threat intelligence, detection engineering, and incident response. Your team will work directly with affected teams to contain and learn from incidents.
