the newest addition to our System and Product Support team in Passenger Revenue Operations as Capacity Specialist. This is a 12
month maternity cover position, where you will play a key role in ensuring continuity and operational excellence within the team,
while one of our colleagues is away.

About the role
As a Capacity Specialist, you play a key role in capacity configuration, maintenance, and operational support across our Passenger
route network. Working closely with colleagues in Operations, Revenue Operations and Technology & Innovation teams, you ensure we
always have the right vessel and capacity available for sale.
The role combines hands‑on system configuration with continuous process development and optimisation. You will be responsible for
launching sailings, managing in‑year schedule and vessel changes, and supporting reliable, standardized capacity setups across
routes. Through strong structure, ownership, and collaboration, you help reduce operational risk and manual errors.
You will be part of the System and Product Support team within Passenger Revenue Operations — a diverse, collaborative, and
data‑driven department of 19 colleagues across Europe. The role is based at our Headquarters in Copenhagen and reports to the Head
of System and Product Support.
