About the Role
In this role, you will be part of our global IS/IT organization and act as a key resource in securing regulatory compliance across
enterprise systems – with a primary focus on the new ERP program. You’ll be responsible for system validation (CSV), audit
readiness, change control, and risk management, with a strong emphasis on maintaining compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU
Annex 11, and GAMP 5.
You will work closely with Global QA, IT, regulatory affairs, and external vendors to ensure that the new ERP platform and other
digital systems are inspection-ready, properly documented, and aligned with pharmaceutical regulations and expectations.

About the Role As SAP Test & Release Manager, you will lead the end-to-end test and release processes for our SAP S/4HANA environment – including integrations with satellite systems and third-party applications. You’ll take ownership of planning, coordination, and execution across test phases and releases within business-critical areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales. While the role is strategic in nature, it requires a solid understanding of ERP systems and regulated environments to ensure that changes – whether new features, patches, or upgrades – are delivered in a validated, controlled, and audit-ready manner. You will work closely with stakeholders across compliance, quality, IS/IT, and business functions to ensure testing and release are seamlessly integrated into the ERP implementation and beyond. Key Responsibilities Test Management: * Define and implement SAP testing strategies, plans, and standards. * Coordinate all phases of testing: unit, integration, UAT, regression. * Manage test environments and ensure data integrity during testing. * Oversee defect tracking, test traceability, and documentation. Release Management: * Own and maintain the SAP release calendar in collaboration with stakeholders. * Plan and coordinate deployments, go-lives, and post-release support. * Ensure all releases are timely, low-risk, and fully documented. * Drive stakeholder signoff processes and risk mitigation. Governance & Compliance: * Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and change management policies. * Collaborate with Compliance & Validation specialists to maintain system validation. * Contribute to audit readiness and manage release-related documentation. Collaboration & Communication: * Act as the main liaison between technical teams, business users, and external vendors. * Facilitate release readiness reviews and share updates with leadership. * Guide development of documentation standards for testing and release activities. Your Profile You bring both structure and flexibility, with a deep understanding of ERP testing and release in a regulated environment. * A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar. * 5+ years of experience in ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). * Proven experience in test and release management – ideally with SAP S/4HANA. * Familiarity with regulated industries and GxP/CSV requirements is a plus. * Solid knowledge of SDLC, ITIL, and agile methodologies. * Experience with test automation tools and release platforms is a plus. * Proficient in English, both speaking and writing. About the Role As the SAP Solution Specialist, you’ll be a vital part of our ERP team - bridging business functions, internal experts, and external partners. You will work closely with ERP Solution Managers and the ERP Solution Architect to support technical needs across the ERP landscape. This is a collaborative and technically focused role where you’ll combine deep SAP platform knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our new global SAP S/4HANA environment – particularly across output management, integrations, platform reliability, and compliance. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring operational continuity and supporting validation, change control, and documentation activities during and after the ERP implementation. Key Responsibilities * Provide technical support and advanced troubleshooting within SAP S/4HANA, including integrations, output management, batch jobs, and custom developments. * Act as key technical partner to ERP Solution Managers across modules (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.). * Oversee system performance and platform reliability – from day-to-day support to long-term improvements. * Take ownership of output management (e.g., SAP Output Management, NiceLabel) – including user requirements, documentation, testing, and deployment. * Coordinate with infrastructure and print teams on cross-functional technical deliverables. * Support validation, qualification, and compliance processes (e.g. GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11). * Participate in CAB meetings, change control, and ticket resolution (incidents, problems, service requests). * Manage documentation for technical specifications, functional descriptions, SOPs, and user training. * Monitor license usage, system maintenance, and vendor coordination. * Support roadmap development, lifecycle planning, and communication of system changes to key stakeholders. Your Profile We are looking for a technically strong and business-oriented specialist who thrives in a dynamic and regulated environment: * A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in SAP, including at least 3 years working with SAP S/4HANA platform and technical solution support. * Experience with E2E Output Management and SAP integrations. * Experience from the pharma/CDMO industry is an advantage. * Good understanding of ERP-related compliance requirements (GxP, validation, documentation, change control). * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Proactive and collaborative mindset – with attention to detail and continuous improvement * Proficient in English, both speaking and writing. We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer in our enabling team to own and evolve our global enterprise network and security fabric. It is a hands‑on network security and platform engineering role, focused on standardization, automation, and global scale. ABOUT THE ROLE You will design, automate, and operate a secure global WAN where routing, segmentation, and security policy are centrally governed, while execution at sites is standardized and repeatable. Your work will consolidate fragmented legacy environments into a coherent global standard, centered on Clavister firewalls and Ruckus switching and wireless, while embedding Zero Trust and DevOps principles into the network layer.
