Do you want to be a valued part of the critical infrastructure that serves communities across Europe and beyond? Are you looking
for a position in which you can set direction and help to shape our company? If so, then you could be the newest member of our
team, Fleet Energy Efficiency Projects, as Superintendent, based at our Copenhagen office.
About The Role
Be part of the movement - and play your part.
As Superintendent, you will drive energy efficiency projects and execute shore power projects throughout the DFDS fleet of ~60
vessels. You will perform efficient and effective project management, continuous improvements, and standardisation across the
fleet to reduce excess energy use and support the journey towards 2030 and further to net-zero in 2050.
This role is based full-time at our Copenhagen office. Being on-site here matters: you'll be working closely day-to-day with the
wider Fleet Energy Efficiency Projects team and cross-functional partners across the organisation, and that close collaboration is
a core part of how the role delivers results. Alongside this, the position involves a high level of interaction with our seafarers
and many other partners in the shipping business, including Class and Flag, so you should expect regular travel (see below). We're
looking for a proactive and passionate Superintendent who is thorough, efficient, and able to execute both at the desk and in the
field, someone who enjoys travel, communicates well, and is equally comfortable working as part of a team and independently on
their own tasks.
