About the Finance Graduate Programme

The DFDS Graduate Programme is a two-year fast-track programme for recent graduates with an interest in and passion for the

headquarters in Copenhagen, followed by a mandatory international rotation at one of our European hubs. Your final rotation at our

headquarters (HQ) will be tailored to your skills, interests, and our business needs.

Throughout the programme, you will gain broad exposure to both the business partnering and HQ functions of our Finance Division

while building valuable industry knowledge and professional experience.
