Product Manager at Fergas

Fergas is looking for a Global Product Manager who wants to help develop the products of the future and create value for customers

around the world.

In this role, you will work closely with customers, sales, engineering and production to ensure that market needs are translated

into competitive products. You will be responsible for driving product development throughout the full lifecycle, from customer

needs and business opportunities to development, launch and continuous improvement.

The role combines strategic product work with hands-on involvement in customer dialogues and development projects. You will work

in an international environment with many points of contact both inside and outside the organization. The position reports to the

Global Technical Engineering Director.

We are looking for someone who wants to work at the intersection of technology, business and customer needs. You are likely to

have a university degree in, for example, mechanical engineering, product development, industrial engineering and management, or a

similar field. Alternatively, you may have a commercial education with a technical focus.

You have a few years of experience from a technical or manufacturing environment and have worked in one or more areas such as

product management, project management, technical sales, application engineering or product development.

What matters most to us is not the title you have held, but that you have experience driving initiatives forward, collaborating

across functions and translating customer needs into concrete solutions. You have a genuine interest in technology and feel

comfortable discussing technical solutions with both customers and internal specialists. At the same time, you have strong

business acumen and are motivated by developing products that create value for both customers and the business.

We welcome candidates who already work in product management, as well as those who are ready to step into a broader product role

from areas such as project management, application engineering or technical business development.

To succeed in this role, we believe you are analytical, self-driven and communicative. You enjoy collaborating with a wide range

of stakeholders, have a strong customer focus and are motivated by driving development and improvements.

Fergas is an international industrial group headquartered in Linköping, Sweden, with operations in Sweden, China, the United

States and Italy. The company develops and manufactures fans and air-moving solutions for customers across several industries and

markets.
