UK — and we're just getting started. We're hiring someone to grow that number by building real relationships with the people doing
the most important work in their communities.
We call this role Partnerships, not Sales. That's not spin — it's how we think about it. The organisations we work with aren't
trying to hit revenue targets; they're trying to feed kids, support carers, and run youth programmes. You need to actually care
about that, and you need to be very good at finding out what they care about.

You know how to sell, even if this sector is new to you and can take the best of corporate sales but adapt it to the social
sector, and help us sharpen how we do things along the way.
TLDR We build software that helps charities, foundations and funders do their best work. We're loved by 2,000+ organisations across the UK — and we're just getting started. We're hiring someone to grow that number by building real relationships with the people doing the most important work in their communities. We call this role Partnerships, not Sales. That's not spin — it's how we think about it. The organisations we work with aren't trying to hit revenue targets; they're trying to feed kids, support carers, and run youth programmes. You need to actually care about that, and you need to be very good at finding out what they care about. WHAT YOU'LL DO Partnerships (core): * Grow Plinth's customer base across charities, foundations, local authorities, housing associations and NHS commissioners — in the UK and increasingly internationally * Spend serious time with existing customers generating warm referrals; this is one of our best lead sources * Send targeted, thoughtful outreach — not mass mailouts * Confidently cold call potential leads * Go to conferences, run events, and walk straight up to people who don't want to talk to you and make them glad you did The work itself: * Have real conversations with organisations to figure out what they're actually trying to achieve — which is harder than it sounds when they're not just optimising for profit * Ask great questions, listen properly, and translate what you hear into why Plinth helps * Own the full pipeline from first conversation to signed contract WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Everyone we hire into the partnerships team shares a few things, and then brings one of three distinct backgrounds. You don't need all three. You need the shared traits, and (at least) one profile that's genuinely you. True of everyone: * You're extremely personable and genuinely outgoing. Not performs-extroversion-for-interviews outgoing. Actually outgoing. * You're a great listener. You ask the right questions and you don't rush to pitch. * You've done things no one asked you to do. You came up with an idea, built it, and it outlasted you. We want to hear those stories. * You can get someone to agree to a meeting. Then, one of these is you: * You know the UK sector. You've sold to councils or charities in the UK before and have a network you can bring with you from day one. * You know the US sector. You've sold to grantmakers in the US and have a network you can bring with you from day one. * You've fundraised. You've worked as a fundraiser in the impact space and bring deep sector experience, even if selling is new to you. LOGISTICS * Location: London (we work regularly from our Old Street office) * Salary: c£80k OTE (£50k base with uncapped commission)
At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. ABOUT THE TEAM Strategic Finance is the commercial and analytical engine behind Snowflake's product and revenue decisions. The team operates at the intersection of product strategy, pricing, and investment prioritization. Strategic Engagements, the function this role sits within, owns Snowflake's most consequential customer pursuits, partnerships, and M&A engagements. We bring financial, product, market, and pricing depth to the deals that determine quarters, set commercial precedent, and shape Snowflake's largest customer relationships. ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring an International Strategic Engagements Deal Lead to own the commercial structuring and execution of Snowflake's most consequential customer engagements outside North America. You will be the in-region point person for Strategic Engagements across EMEA, APAC, and other international markets, providing time-zone coverage, local commercial relationships, and regional commercial structuring expertise that the NoAM-based team cannot deliver remotely. You will own the deal-by-deal economic frame, commercial recommendation, and structuring approach for qualifying international engagements across the full deal portfolio: net-new logo acquisitions, installed-base expansions, partnership-driven structures, and precedent-setting deals. You will partner directly with regional account leadership, Specialist Sales, AI Specialists, regional Deal Desk, regional Legal, regional Revenue Accounting, and the central Strategic Engagements team. You will join customer conversations on qualifying deals, particularly with senior customer stakeholders (CFO, COO, CIO, CPO). IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL * Own International Deal Economics. Build the deal-by-deal economic frame for qualifying international engagements. Workload mix, capacity sizing, multi-year ramp, hybrid AI structures, multi-product economics, and competitive positioning. Translate the frame into a clear commercial recommendation that accounts for regional commercial realities. * Lead Regional Commercial Structuring. Lead pricing and commercial structuring across capacity, consumption, hybrid AI, and multi-product deal structures. Bring regional competitive benchmarks, willingness-to-pay context, and unit economics into structuring conversations. Navigate multi-currency exposure, regional revenue recognition treatment, sovereignty constraints, and local commercial conventions. * Provide Time-Zone Coverage. Be the in-region escalation point for live deals. Drive cross-functional decisions to closure on regional time, without waiting for NoAM business hours. * Build Local Relationships. Build and maintain the regional cross-functional relationships (regional Deal Desk, Legal, Revenue Accounting, AI Specialists, Sales leadership) that allow Strategic Engagements to execute at speed in your markets. * Shape Commercial Outcomes. Shape the commercial strategy, sequencing, and economic frame that gives the account team the strongest path to win acquisition deals at defensible terms and to protect margin discipline on expansion deals. Deal outcomes are jointly owned with the account team; you own the Snowflake-side commercial frame and recommendation. * Run Concession Discipline. Track concessions live against tiered margin-dilution thresholds. Escalate structural concessions (renewal caps, evergreen discounts, affiliate-use extensions, termination-for-convenience, multi-year ramp giveaways) regardless of size. Gate signature on a passed readiness check. * Coach the Field. Coach regional AEs on package strategy, negotiation sequencing, and how to position the deal. Bring the Strategic Engagements playbook into the field engagement, adapted for regional commercial norms. * Engage Customers Directly. Join customer conversations on qualifying deals with senior customer stakeholders. The account team owns the customer relationship and close authority. You bring the commercial, financial, and pricing depth into the room. * Adhere to the Deal Playbook. Run every deal in line with Strategic Engagements playbook standards: financial controls (booking accuracy, revenue recognition, concession tracking), deal process discipline, system requirements (CRM, contract management, billing), and legal compliance. * Operate AI-Native by Default. Use AI-assisted workflows for deal-economics modeling, redline triage, stakeholder synthesis, recommendation drafting, and competitive benchmarking. AI is a default execution mode, not an enhancement layer. * Build the Repeatable Playbook. Feed lessons from every closed international deal back into qualification criteria, regional commercial structuring patterns, fallback library, and lifecycle artifacts. Calibrate the playbook quarterly through the Strategic Engagements postmortem. * Communicate to Executives. Produce the recommendation memos, daily deal update notes, and quarterly postmortem materials that connect deal status, commercial structure, key risks, and decisions in flight to executive sponsors and the CFO when material. WHAT YOU WILL NEED REQUIRED * 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, deal desk, pricing, commercial operations, sales finance, investment banking, or equivalent commercial roles, with a track record of structuring complex international commercial deals at a scaling technology company. * Demonstrated experience structuring large enterprise commercial deals across multiple international markets: multi-year capacity, consumption commitments, hybrid commercial structures, multi-currency exposure, and multi-product agreements. Comfort with deals greater than $75M TCV. * High agency and standalone execution. You can run a deal end-to-end with minimal management overhead, including across time zones from the central team. You define your own structure, generate your own scaffolding, and drive your own decisions to closure. * Deep regional commercial fluency. Working knowledge of regional pricing dynamics, revenue recognition treatment, sovereignty and regulatory constraints, and the relational and commercial norms of enterprise software in your region. * Strong financial modeling skills. Ability to build deal economic models, scenario analyses, sensitivity analyses, and concession ledgers that connect commercial structure to economic outcome. * Working understanding of cloud and software-as-a-service commercial models: pricing and packaging, billing and metering, revenue recognition, commercial contracting, and post-signature operations. * Customer-facing presence. Comfort engaging senior customer stakeholders (CFO, COO, CIO, CPO) on commercial structure, pricing, and economics, in-region. * Effective communicator. Capable of translating complex commercial structure into clean executive narratives, running productive multi-stakeholder meetings across time zones, and driving alignment in writing. * AI-native disposition. Comfortable using AI-assisted workflows for deal modeling, redline triage, stakeholder synthesis, and recommendation drafting as part of how you work. * Comfort with ambiguity. Willingness to operate on precedent-setting deals where commercial mechanics are not yet standardized. * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. MBA or advanced degree preferred. PREFERRED * Hands-on experience structuring international deals at a high-growth cloud, data, AI, or SaaS company. * Established commercial relationships with regional Deal Desk, Legal, and Revenue Accounting at a major cloud or SaaS company. * Familiarity with consumption-based and usage-based pricing in cloud, data, or AI platforms. * Familiarity with regional revenue accounting nuances (e.g., IFRS 15 alongside ASC 606), SOX controls, and audit-ready process design. * Experience with competitive pricing analysis and willingness-to-pay research, particularly across multiple regional markets. * Multilingual professional fluency, where applicable to the region of focus. * SQL fluency or comfort working directly with commercial data in a cloud data platform. 01Health is at an inflection point. The platform is built, revenue is accelerating, and we are moving from a single-specialty company to a multi-vertical specialist healthcare platform - with AI as embedded clinical infrastructure. Our vision is to help all clinicians deliver the latest innovations in healthcare, improving the standard of care for millions of people. Backed by the investors behind Revolut, CityMapper, and Depop - we're scaling fast across the UK and beyond, and are looking for exceptional people to join us on our mission. What is happening at 01Health right now: Balderton-backed Series A company 90% of UK patients can reach an 01Health–affiliated clinic within 30 minutes All growth has been inbound, ~50% word of mouth 4.98★ customer rating from the dentists who use us Aerox (sleep) ready for national rollout to top-performing 01 Partners, with a 300+ clinic waitlist US expansion live New verticals being tested and prototyped We are not searching for product–market fit anymore. We are ready to dominate the market, and to do it across multiple medical specialties, transforming lives in the process. The role: We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive who treats marketing as a set of experiments to run, not a calendar to fill. You are a true generalist. You can write a landing page in the morning, ship a paid test by lunch, wire up an automation in the afternoon, and read the numbers the next day to decide what to kill and what to double down on. You love brand and you love growth, and you do not think the two are in tension. You are as comfortable obsessing over a headline as you are over a conversion rate. You are AI-native: you use AI to do the work of a team several times your size, and you are always building the next system that lets you move faster. This is a build-from-scratch role with real ownership. You will set the standards, build the playbooks, and have the freedom to try ideas that sound slightly mad on paper. Most will not work. The ones that do will change the trajectory of the business. What you will do: Growth and experimentation Run a constant pipeline of growth experiments across paid, organic, referral, partnerships, and channels nobody has tried yet Find unfair advantages: loops, referral mechanics, and acquisition angles that compound rather than cost more every month Instrument everything, so every test produces a clear read and a clear decision Move our growth from mostly inbound to a deliberate, repeatable engine AI-native marketing Use AI tools and agents to produce, test, and ship work at a pace a traditional team cannot match Build repeatable marketing systems and workflows, so output scales without headcount scaling with it Stay at the front of what AI makes newly possible in marketing, and bring those capabilities in before competitors do Brand and storytelling Help build a distinctive, trusted brand across 32Co, Aerox, and the platform behind them Translate complex clinical and technical work into clear, sharp storytelling that lands with dentists, partners, and patients Keep tone, style, and identity consistent across every touchpoint, even while moving fast Content and demand Create content that earns attention and drives pipeline: case studies, social, video, email, and editorial that people actually want to read Own performance reporting end to end, and make data-led calls on where to invest Work closely with product, sales, and design to align the story with the customer journey Who you are: A genuine marketing generalist who is dangerous across brand, growth, content, and analytics, and happy to learn the next thing on the go Hungry, curious, and fast. You ship, you measure, you iterate, and you do not wait for permission AI-fluent. You already use AI daily to multiply what you can do, and you are excited by where it is heading Full of aggressive, unconventional ideas, and comfortable being wrong on the way to the ones that work Strong instincts for brand and storytelling, with the numbers to back up your decisions Likely a startup person who thrives in ambiguity and wants to build, not maintain Deep interest in healthcare, technology, and helping people at scale Why join us: Real impact, every day - your work directly changes patient outcomes. You'll feel it, and so will the people whose care you're improving. 25 days holiday + your birthday off - because no one should work on their birthday! Outsized leverage and full ownership - real authority today, lasting impact tomorrow; what you build now shapes how this company operates at every stage after. Grow fast - backed by top VCs and built by the best; you'll be learning from some of the sharpest minds in health-tech every single day. Vitality Health cover - private medical insurance, because we take care of the people who take care of the business. Team Perks - enjoy regular team lunches, quarterly socials, and an annual company retreat. Hybrid working - we all come together three days a week, but the rest of the time, enjoy the flexibility to work from home or our Hoxton office.
