The Role… Reporting to the Junior Buyer and Product Developer, the Buying Admin Assistant will play a key supporting role in the purchasing and product development strategy for Soho Home, bringing bespoke products to the retail marketplace. As Buying Admin Assistant for Soho Home, you will support the team to optimize all key functions across the buying and product development department, to ensure each brief is executed to a high standard and hits all KPI’s. Main Duties… * Provide administrative support to the Buying & Product Development department * Manage all administrative tasks along the critical path and product lifecycle * Maintain an awareness of the development critical path, supporting the team to ensure key calendar milestone are always met * Ensure key product information across all internal platforms is up to date and accurate * Update and maintain the seasonal development tracker, ensuring all key data throughout development is input * Support in the department trade preparation * Assist in compiling competitive analysis reports and other preparations required for seasonal sign-off meetings * Assist in all preparations required for prototype and finalisation meetings – Presentation boards, range management documents, and physical set up of the showroom space. Oversee all logistical elements to ensure samples are on time and in place for key meetings. * Take responsibility of all sample requests and shipments in line with department demands, liaising with suppliers as required * Manage samples across all sites (office, warehouse, showroom). Ensuring all samples are readily available and accessible * Ensure approved samples are passed to the Creative team in a timely manner for photography * Create sample SKUs and labels for all development and photography samples as required * Via the supply base, request and record all Product Specification Sheets, accurately copying the data to all internal platforms * Proactively manage customer service queries to drive the best resolution * Coordinate and manage sample sales with the wider Buying and Product Development team as and when required What We Are Looking For.. * An excellent communicator both written and verbally, with strong interpersonal skills * Naturally collaborative * A creative problem-solver, innately curious with the confidence to challenge current practices and prompt positive change * Strong organisational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy * Results-orientated * Upholds a mature and professional demeanour at all times * Enjoys working in a changing environment, able to demonstrate agility when responding to industry trends and evolving demands as Soho Home expands into new markets * Excellent time management skills * Ability to keep calm under pressure, always retaining a friendly and positive can-do attitude * Some product development and commercial buying experience preferred but not essential Benefits… Soho House offers competitive compensation packages that feature global benefits and perks. The Role... Reporting into the Senior Merchandiser, the Junior Merchandiser will support the delivery of sales, stock, intake and profitability targets across all channels. This is a development role for someone with strong analytical foundations who is ready to take on greater ownership of WSSI management, range planning and trading. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong Excel skills, a commercial mindset, and a genuine passion for retail. Major / Key Accountabilities.. Sales & Trading * Run and review trading reports to identify best and worst sellers, and make commercial recommendations to drive sales * Forecast sales demand and track sales performance against targets, highlighting risks and opportunities * Undertake regular store visits to assess trade, and feedback insight to the wider team * Analyse sales data, identify trends and make actionable recommendations to optimise range performance Supply & Supplier Management * Build and maintain supplier production forecasts, at fabric and product level with the objective of reducing supplier lead times * Monitor fabric availability/levels across the supply base to ensure optimal production lead times and minimising fabric liability * Develop strong supplier relationships through regular meetings and proactive communication Range Building * Build and own range building documents, option counts and sales and stock plans * Contribute to range planning by ensuring the product range is commercially balanced, free from gaps or duplication, and aligned to brand strategy * Discontinuation and life cycle management Collaboration & Supplier Relations * Work closely with the Buying and Product Development teams to ensure future product ranges are commercially strong and reflect market trends * Build and maintain supplier production forecasts with the aim of reducing lead times Team & People * Deputise for Senior Merchandiser * Supervise junior team members Qualifications & Experience.. * Currently at Junior Merchandising level or experienced Assistant Merchandiser level (AM) * Multi-channel experience (retail, online and wholesale) is desirable * Advanced in Microsoft Excel, Strong analytical, organisational and planning skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to build effective working relationships internally and externally * Commercially minded with an ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable recommendations * Problem-solving ability: able to identify and resolve issues related to stock, sales, or other merchandising challenges * Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Benefits… Soho House offers competitive compensation packages that feature global benefits and perks. THE ROLE.. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and detail-orientated individual to join Soho Home's growing marketing team. In this role, you will support the planning, creation, and delivery of email marketing campaigns and website content across multiple markets. Working closely with Ecommerce and Creative teams, you will play a key part in maintaining a premium online customer experience while driving commercial objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.. * Assist with the end-to-end process of planning, creation, and deployment of email marketing campaigns and on-site content. * Build emails in our CRM platform to exacting standards, ensuring all product information and links are correct for localised audiences. * Support the CRM & Content Executive in building on-site content, including homepages, landing pages, editorials, and seasonal imagery refreshes. * Work closely with the Ecommerce team to manage product featured in marketing communications, ensuring stock is available or pre-order is requested. * Support the email and homepage sign-off process by creating and maintaining mock-ups in Figma. Assist with the management of marketing assets and copy, as well as keeping status trackers up to date. * Assist in testing email campaigns across devices before deployment. * Support the CRM & Content Executive with managing the relationship between the email channel and content on-site, ensuring the customer journey between the two is seamless and coherent. * Support with weekly campaign reporting and using Contentsquare to provide actionable insights. * Complete regular site walks and check product in imagery and carousels is in stock across locales. * Support with identifying website bugs and areas for improvement. Liaise with our product development team on fixes and help with testing. * Assist with visual merchandising of the website. * Support seasonal and ad hoc marketing projects as required. REQUIREMENTS.. ESSENTIAL * Previous experience in a marketing, CRM, content, or ecommerce support role. * Robust understanding of online marketing and ecommerce. * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills and able to deliver high-quality work. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Analytical mindset and comfortable working with data. * Strong communication skills, collaborative, and able to work in cross-department teams. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. DESIRABLE * Previous experience using Ometria CRM. * Previous experience using a Content Management System. * Previous experience using design tools such as Figma. * Basic understanding of HTML/CSS. * Previous experience using Google Analytics and Contentsquare. * A genuine interest in interiors, homeware, design, or luxury retail.
