💬 ACCURX IS WHERE CONVERSATIONS HAPPEN WITH AND ABOUT PATIENTS.
For decades, the NHS has struggled with fragmented systems that make simple tasks feel impossible. We’re changing that by building
a single, system-wide platform that connects everyone through communication.
What started as a way for GPs to text a patient has now evolved into an all-in-one digital toolkit used by 98% of GP practices.
Our platform now powers Total Triage to manage patient demand, and Self-Book, which lets patients schedule their own appointments
in seconds. We’ve automated routine care with Patient Questionnaires for long-term conditions, while Accumail finally allows
staff-to-staff communication to happen instantly across different care settings. We’re now pushing the boundaries of the
consultation itself with Accurx Scribe, our AI-powered note-taker that drafts medical notes in real-time.
We have a massive vision and even more ideas, but right now, our ambitions are outstripping our capacity. We’re looking for a
Senior Product Analyst who is ready to be a foundational force in our data function - not just reporting on what happened, but
identifying what needs to happen next.
At Accurx, we don't just wait for a roadmap to be handed down; we expect you to help shape it. As a Senior, you’ll be a strategic
partner to your pod leads, proactively hunting for the insights that will define our next move. You’ll be expected to challenge
our assumptions, lead high-stakes projects from end-to-end, and act as a mentor to those around you. This is a role for a
high-agency critical thinker who is energised by the "blank canvas" of a growing function and has the drive to turn raw data into
a better reality for millions of patients.

About 9fin 9fin is the AI platform powering global debt markets — the world’s largest asset class at over $145 trillion. Debt markets are vast, global, and mission-critical, yet still run on fragmented data, PDFs, and manual workflows. 9fin replaces this broken infrastructure with a single platform that centralises proprietary credit data, deep analysis, and high-value workflows across global markets. Today, 9fin powers teams at 300+ blue-chip institutions worldwide, including global banks, asset managers, private equity firms, law firms, and advisors. The business is scaling at exceptional speed, with rapid expansion in the US and best-in-class retention driven by deep workflow adoption. We’re at a defining inflection point. With proven product-market fit and strong, global market pull, 9fin is accelerating toward becoming the category-defining platform for debt markets worldwide. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON You'll sit at the core of how 9fin builds our product; turning behavioural data into the decisions that shape our roadmap. Working alongside another product analyst and our analytics engineers, you'll own product analytics end-to-end, from instrumentation through to the insight that changes what we build. * Own North Star Metrics across product squads. Define, sign off and implement NSMs for each product team end-to-end, from metric definition with PMs, to dbt models on BigQuery, to Omni topics and dashboards that become the source of truth. * Build and own product data models. Author and maintain dbt models, tests and docs that turn raw event streams into reliable, reusable product datasets, and own the Omni semantic layer (topics, metrics, dimensions) so stakeholders trust the numbers. * Own instrumentation as a governed product. Design and maintain the event taxonomy, embed a tracking spec into every PRD before build, and partner with engineering to reconcile front-end (Amplitude) and backend events so data is trustworthy by design. * Drive post-launch, retention and activation analysis. Diagnose how features land — measuring adoption, retention, time-to-value and activation by persona, using Amplitude, SQL and Omni to turn findings into clear recommendations. * Be the analytical partner to Product. Embed in discovery and PRDs, define success metrics, size opportunities to inform prioritisation, and translate ambiguous questions into analysis that drives roadmap decisions. * Answer high-impact ad-hoc questions. Rapidly investigate usage, segmentation, funnels and data-quality issues for product, leadership and commercial stakeholders. * Connect product usage to commercial outcomes. Move from user-level to account- and seat-level analytics — breadth and depth of adoption, seat/licence utilisation and champion engagement — to surface account-health signals and product-qualified accounts that predict renewal, churn and expansion, in partnership with our GTM analytics. * Establish a fit-for-scale experimentation and causal-inference approach. Pragmatic methods suited to our sample sizes (Bayesian readouts, holdouts, pre/post and quasi-experiments, guardrail metrics), and the judgement to know when to triangulate rather than A/B test. * Apply predictive modelling where it drives action. Churn and expansion propensity models that feed commercial and product decisions. * Raise the bar on AI product analytics. Measure and improve the quality of our AI products (AI Chat, AI Research Grid) through resolution, feedback loops, cost-per-query and AI-specific retention. ABOUT YOU You're a hands-on, senior individual contributor who thrives on owning product analytics from instrumentation to insight, and on turning ambiguous product questions into reliable data products that change decisions. * Proven product analytics experience, ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or fintech environment, with a track record of driving product impact through analysis. * Expert SQL for complex analysis, optimisation and building reusable analytical datasets. * dbt & a cloud data warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake or similar) — commercial experience building and maintaining production models, tests and docs. * Modern product analytics tooling. Deep proficiency with Amplitude (or Mixpanel), including designing event taxonomies and conducting behavioural, retention and funnel analysis. * Modern BI with an integrated semantic layer. Hands-on experience building intuitive, self-serve dashboards and owning metric definitions (e.g. Omni, Looker, Thoughtspot). * Metric design & governance. Owns single-source-of-truth definitions for core product metrics and builds validation so they can be trusted across teams. * Strong communicator who turns complex analysis into concise narratives for executives and operators, and drives decisions through structured storytelling. * Strategic problem solver with the autonomy to resolve ambiguous, high-impact challenges and continuously improve data processes and documentation. * Bonus: Python for deeper analysis and modelling (pandas/numpy, simple ML); experience tying product usage to commercial outcomes; experience measuring AI/LLM products. OUR BENEFITS We’re a scaling start up, and we enjoy sharing our success, when the company succeeds, we always reinvest that in our people. We also offer huge amounts of responsibility, an abundance of opportunity for growth and a platform to truly excel. Financial & Insurance * Competitive Salary (our salary bands are benchmarked at the top end of the market) * Equity options * Pension (your minimum contributions are 4% with 9fin matching up to 7%) * Private Medical Insurance * Paid sick leave with Income Protection for long periods of illness * Group Life Assurance * Season Ticket Loan & Cycle to Work schemes Time off * 25 holiday days per year * Local public holidays (with the ability to exchange them for alternative days) * Hybrid working model, to allow you the flexibility to decide how, where and when you do your best work * Work abroad for up to 3 months a year * 1 month paid sabbatical after 5 years of service * Enhanced parental leave & flexible working arrangements available Training & Culture * Professional learning and development budget * Quarterly team socials * Summer and Winter company social events 9fin is an equal opportunities employer At 9fin we are dedicated to building and promoting a fair and inclusive workplace where everyone can reach their full potential and truly belong. We recognize that building diverse teams enables a more creative and productive environment. If you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You might just be who we’re looking for — either for this role, or perhaps another.
Our Story Hello there. We’re Zopa. We started our journey back in 2005, building the first ever peer-to-peer lending company. Fast forward to 2020 and we launched Zopa Bank. A bank that listens to what our customers don’t like about finance and does the opposite. We’re redefining what it feels like to work in finance. Our vision for a new era of banking puts people front and centre — we’ve built a business that empowers everyone to aim high, every day, to move finance forward. Find out more about our fantastic offerings at Zopa.com! We’re incredibly proud of our achievements and none of it would be possible without the amazing team here. It’s not just industry awards we’re winning, we’ve also been named in the top three UK’s Most Loved Workplaces. If you embrace unconventional challenges, are unafraid to think differently and are driven to make an outsized impact, you’ll thrive here at Zopa, so join us, and make it count. Want to see us in action? Follow us on Instagram @zopalife The role We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our AI Tribe. This is a hands-on, builder-style role for someone who thinks in experiments, writes code daily, and is as comfortable building a prototype evaluation framework as they are presenting findings to a product lead. The role is technical at its core: you’ll be writing SQL and Python to dig into enrichment performance, building evaluation pipelines to test AI-driven approaches, and prototyping experiments that push the accuracy of our transaction intelligence forward. At the same time, this isn’t a data science role — you’ll be expected to prioritise ruthlessly, move fast, and care about outcomes, not just model performance. The AI tribeThe AI Tribe sits at the heart of how Zopa turns data into intelligent products. We build and evolve the capabilities that transform raw transaction data, Open Banking data, and other behavioural signals into reliable, structured intelligence. A core focus of the tribe is transaction intelligence — how raw transaction data is enriched, categorised, structured, and made usable across the business. This includes merchant and category enrichment, data quality and consistency, and ensuring transaction data integrates cleanly into our broader data models and customer-facing products. As we move toward more AI-first ways of working, the tribe is also rethinking how transaction data should be accessed and used — not just by analysts and product teams, but by AI systems and LLM-powered tools. The work is foundational and long-term in nature: improving systems, shaping strategy, and building capabilities that compound in value over time.
