HR Business Partner

TFS HealthScience is a global contract research organisation partnering with pharmaceutical and biotech companies to take new

therapies through clinical development. Behind every study are people, and we are looking for an HR Business Partner who wants to

make sure we have the right ones, in the right roles, ready for what comes next.

As our HR Business Partner, you will work side by side with senior leaders as a trusted advisor, and you will have a real say in

how our business grows. You see HR as a business lever: you understand what drives revenue, and you make sure our people decisions

support it. You will also help shape how our HR team works going forward, using modern tools and AI to make HR faster, smarter and

more valuable to the business. This role is based at our Lund office, so you will need to live in southern Sweden within commuting

distance.

You understand how a client services organisation grows, what its leaders are accountable for, and how people decisions affect

performance and profitability. Leaders turn to you because you are credible, approachable and willing to challenge their thinking.

You handle difficult conversations with integrity, respond to immediate needs without losing sight of longer term priorities, and

stay open to better ways of working. You build trust across teams and borders in an international organisation.
