Machine Learning gives tremendous opportunities to improve products. In order for it to succeed, it requires huge amounts of data

– data that needs to be collected and labelled in an efficient way. One of the most efficient ways is to collect the data without

leaving the office, i.e. collecting it from a simulated environment paired with HIL - HW in the Loop. This thesis is intended to

extend our internal HIL environment from Link Level to System Level so that behavior at e.g. mobility from one cell to another can

be captured in house. The System Level Simulation environment will be part of a larger system including also simulated and

emulated use of mobile phones.
