Paralegal to Camurus

Are you an experienced paralegal looking for a broad role in an international and purpose-driven company? At Camurus, you will

join the Legal & IP Department at the HQ in Lund and become part of a collaborative team supporting a wide range of legal,

corporate and operational matters. You will work closely with colleagues and external stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions

while contributing to the continued development of the legal function.

This is a broad role combining legal administration with more qualified legal work. You will own and coordinate contract-related,

corporate and legal administrative processes across the organisation, serving as a key point of contact for related matters.

Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you will play an active role in developing and improving the legal function through

legal operations initiatives, process improvements and the use of AI tools.

The role offers extensive exposure to an international environment, with close interaction with colleagues and external

stakeholders across Europe, the US and Australia. The position is based at Camurus’ headquarters in Lund and reports to the

General Counsel.

• Drafting, reviewing and finalising standard-form agreements such as NDAs, consultancy agreements, sponsorship agreements, data

processing agreements and Healthcare Professional/Healthcare Organisation agreements (HCP/HCO).

• Supporting corporate matters for Camurus’ international subsidiaries, including board and shareholder documentation, annual

general meetings, corporate registrations, and coordination of notarisation and apostille of corporate documents.

We are looking for a structured, proactive and service-minded professional who enjoys taking ownership and ensures things get

done. You are curious and enjoy understanding the rationale behind agreements and legal processes, rather than simply

administering them. With a continuous improvement mindset, you take initiative and are motivated by finding smarter and more

efficient ways of working.

Given the international nature of the role, you should be highly proficient in English, both written and spoken. Swedish is

strongly preferred, but we are open to candidates with a good working knowledge of Swedish who are motivated to continue

developing their language skills.
