automatization of pathology? Both the Hardware and the Scanner Solutions team is now looking for a test leader.

CellaVision is the global leader in digital cell morphology within hematology, and our analysers are used in healthcare

laboratories around the world. We operate at the forefront of technology, applying the latest advances in software development,

digital imaging, and machine learning to create real value for our customers.

We are looking for a versatile test leader who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where research meets product development.

You are curious, hands-on, and comfortable moving between exploratory work and the structure needed to turn ideas into robust

products.

The Test Leader leads the project’s test activities, planning and coordinating verification and validation throughout development.

Working closely with the Development Manager and Product Manager, the role helps drive the project forward and ensures that

development progresses according to plan.

You serve as test lead in cross-functional development projects and actively contribute to the development of test methodologies,

quality assurance, and agile ways of working.

You have experience, or a strong interest, in product development from prototype through to production. You understand the value

of teamwork and enjoy breaking down complex challenges into manageable parts that can be solved effectively together.

You remain calm and structured in demanding situations, and you have a strong ability to prioritize and focus on what matters

most. Most importantly, you are curious, collaborative, and motivated to grow while helping the team succeed.

This is a full-time position based at CellaVision HQ in Lund, Sweden, in our modern offices with excellent infrastructure and

commuting options. We are looking to fill the position as soon as possible.
