With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business

transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.

We are looking for a Retail Learning & Development Specialist to shape engaging learning experiences that help our retail teams

build the knowledge and capabilities they need to succeed. You will take ownership of retail learning initiatives, from

identifying development needs and defining learning solutions to coordinating content creation and supporting implementation

across global markets.

Reporting to the Global Retail Director Training and Development, you will work closely with a well-established team, local

markets, retail stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate business needs into practical, impactful learning programmes.

You will explore different learning formats, including e-learning, webinars and live training, ensuring that learning is relevant,

accessible and effective for our WSA retail teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Identify learning needs and translate business priorities into scalable retail learning solutions that support commercial and

capability-building objectives.

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of learning projects and programs, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines,

scope, and quality standards.

  • Design, develop, and maintain engaging learning assets, including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, presentations,

webinars, and digital learning resources.

  • Drive the implementation and rollout of global learning programs, ensuring consistent adoption and effective execution across

markets.

  • Partner with local market stakeholders to adapt, localize, and optimize learning content to meet regional needs while

maintaining global standards.

  • Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and risks, proactively identifying issues and implementing mitigation plans to ensure

successful delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure learning content remains relevant,

accurate, and aligned with business priorities.

  • Act as a trusted learning partner for markets by providing guidance on learning platforms, tools, and best practices, while

supporting trainer enablement and capability development.

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience

  • Around 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, learning content development, training, capability development or a

related field.

  • Experience developing learning materials and supporting training initiatives, ideally in retail, wholesale or another

consumer-facing commercial environment.

  • Understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to select suitable formats for different learning needs.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into practical learning

solutions.

  • Familiarity with digital learning formats, e-learning platforms or webinar delivery.
  • Experience in leadership development or working with HR teams is an advantage.

Personal competencies

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across different markets and functions.
  • A commercial mindset, understanding of the realities of consumer-facing environments & the needs of retail teams and learners to

create relevant learning experiences.

  • A structured, organized approach to managing projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • A creative and practical mindset, with the ability to turn complex information into engaging learning experiences.
  • A proactive and independent approach, comfortable taking ownership and shaping solutions.
  • An analytical mindset and willingness to use feedback and insights to improve learning effectiveness.
  • Learning agility and curiosity, with a strong desire to continuously develop new skills, embrace feedback, and learn from

experience.

  • A customer-focused approach, with an interest in understanding the needs of retail teams and learners to create relevant and
