As a Solution Architect for Enterprise Enablement, you will play a key role in shaping and governing enterprise technology

solutions that drive business growth, digital transformation, and operational excellence. Acting as a trusted technology advisor,

you will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to design scalable, secure, and future-ready

solutions across our enterprise platforms and applications landscape.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Design and govern end-to-end technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs, enterprise architecture standards,

and strategic objectives.

  • Own the architecture, governance, and lifecycle management of platforms, including SharePoint, Power Platform, Nintex K2, and

Azure.

Drive business process transformation initiatives through automation, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Define and oversee integration of architectures, APIs, and data flows to enable seamless connectivity across enterprise systems

and applications.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout project lifecycles, from concept through implementation.
Establish and maintain architectural standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across platforms and solutions.
Ensure compliance with security, risk management, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Drive modernization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across enterprise technologies.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches that create business value and improve user experience.

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional

experience.

  • 3-5 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, Enterprise Platforms, Business Applications, or

related technology roles.

Experience designing and implementing business solutions across cloud and enterprise application environments.
Hands-on experience with SharePoint, Power Platform, Nintex K2, and/or Microsoft Azure.
Experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, and business process automation.
  • Knowledge of process automation and workflow technologies, including exposure to RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation

Anywhere.

Experience with Workday and Jira Service Management is considered an advantage.
Understanding cloud architecture and technology governance principles.
Knowledge of information security concepts and best practices.
Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
