The role
We're looking for an analytical, detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our Madrid team and play a key role in
supporting our Partnerships function. Your mission is to make our partner channels more effective across resellers, Independent
Sales Consultants (ISCs) and ePOS (electronic point-of-sale) partners, through strong coordination and reliable operational
support. You'll keep partner-led initiatives on track, support the preparation of sales materials and internal resources, and make
sure key information reaches the right people at the right time.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE? In the role of Technology Lead - Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you are responsible for understanding the technical structure of a project. Your job will be to identify client requirements by researching concept, strategy and target for the project, followed by developing automations, coding and producing technical specifications, estimates, deployment plans and test methods. In addition, you have: * Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and it is a plus if you have experience with Adstudio, Social Studio and Einstein * 6+ years of developer experience at an agency, working with digital sales and/or marketing solutions * Extensive knowledge of technologies such as SQL, AMPscript and JavaScript (marketing domain knowledge is a plus) * Experience in Workflow Engines as well as HTML and CSS plus knowledge of one or more programming languages * Great communication skills (in English), allowing you to make complex problems understandable and manageable. Project Operations Specialist As a Project Operations Specialist, based in Madrid, you will focus primarily on supporting the delivery and execution of global projects for our clients. Education * Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar disciplines (Preferred). Languages * Professional working proficiency in English (Requirred). * Portuguese (Preferred). Hard Skills * Advanced Excel skills and interest in data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI or Power Query (Required). * Good understanding of accounting, invoicing, and financial processes (Required).
