ABOUT THE ROLE: We are growing our Data Language Team within the Gropyus Tech department. The Language team is responsible for the semantic layer of our Gropyus Data Fabric as well as data modeling and transformation for our self-service analytics.  Our team interacts with experts from various domains such as Digital Building Planning and Automation, Product Operations, Sustainability, AI, IoT, construction engineers, building architects, logistics experts, software engineering; solving complex challenges pertaining to end-to-end process for planning, building, and operating a building.   AS PART OF THE DATA LANGUAGE ORGANIZATION, YOU WILL:  * Design data models to formalize concepts from various architecture and construction domains.   * Contribute to the logic to transform and enrich our centralized data for self-service analytics  * Support Data Science use cases including Machine Learning and AI  * Collaborate with domain experts and software engineers to understand data needs and deliver high-quality datasets.  * Implement and uphold data quality, governance, and security standards, including monitoring, testing, and documentation.  * Adhere to best practices and rigor in development including documentation, data governance, testing, and validation  ABOUT YOU: * Experience working with a tech stack similar to:  * Programming languages like Python or Kotlin  * Query Languages like: SPARQL, SQL  * Data Reporting like: PowerBI, Tableau, Quick Sight  * Databases like Postgres, BigQuery, Spark, Graph DB  * Cloud Storage Platforms   * Ability to complete work as directed with guidance from senior engineers or leadership  * Experience resolving issues related to data discrepancies and inconsistencies and creating validation and testing for prevention and handling  * You have data modeling experience through semantic or Business Intelligence development   * You have experience following best practice guidelines in data and software engineering  Optional Experience:  * Some knowledge about semantic layer or ontologies  * Experience with graph technologies and triples  * * Data Science, Machine Learning and AI agents   WHAT WE OFFER: * Be part of something big: You’re here to make a change? ABOUT THE ROLE In this varied position, you can expect exciting tasks related to the development of electrical systems and the creation of circuit diagrams for modern automation systems. Your area of responsibilities include: * Project execution and coordination with other departments * Creation of electrical schematics (EPLAN P8) * Creation of pneumatic schematics (EPLAN Fluid P8) * Preparation of bills of materials * Technical calculations in the field of electrical engineering * Technical support for the purchasing department * Coordination and support during assembly and commissioning * Standardization of electrical schematics (macros) ABOUT YOU * Completed education in electrical engineering (apprenticeship, technical school, or HTL) * Professional experience in electrical engineering / automation technology / commissioning / control cabinet construction * Proficiency in using EPLAN P8, EPLAN Pro Panel, and EPLAN Fluid * Willingness to travel (approx. 20%) * Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken WHAT WE OFFER  * An unlimited contract with 25 vacation days.   * Attractive perks and benefits: We offer a company pension scheme, language courses (English/German), and employee discounts with selected sustainable brands. YOUR MISSION In dieser Schlüsselposition bist du der Architekt unserer Logistiklandschaft und gleichzeitig der Motor für deren Umsetzung. Du verantwortest die strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer physischen Infrastruktur und stellst durch deine Hands-on-Mentalität sicher, dass Konzepte wie JIT oder Lean Management nicht nur Theorie bleiben, sondern im Hallenalltag lebendig werden. RESPONSIBILITIES * Strategische Layout- & Kapazitätsplanung: Du entwirfst zukunftssichere Lagerlayouts und Materialflusskonzepte (z.B. via CAD/Visio), um Flächenproduktivität und Durchlaufzeiten signifikant zu verbessern. * Hardware-Innovation: Du evaluierst neue Technologien (Automation, Mobile Devices, Flurförderzeuge), erstellst Business Cases und begleitest die physische Einführung bis zur stabilen Nutzung. * Lean & JIT Einführung: Du entwickelst Konzepte für Just-in-Time-Anlieferungen und optimierst die Wertschöpfungskette durch Lean-Methoden (Kanban, Milkrun, 5S). * Physische Prozessoptimierung & Zeitaufnahmen: Du führst fundierte Zeitstudien (z.B. nach REFA) durch und leitest daraus Prozessstandards ab, die du direkt auf dem Shopfloor mit dem Team testest und implementierst. * Projektleitung mit Bodenhaftung: Du steuerst komplexe Logistikprojekte ganzheitlich – von der ersten Analyse am Schreibtisch bis zur Begleitung der ersten Rollouts direkt in der Halle. * Schnittstellen-Architekt: Du übersetzt strategische Unternehmensziele in operative Logistikprozesse und fungierst als technischer Berater für das operative Team. * Hands On: Unterstützung bei Engpässen im operativen Bereich QUALIFICATIONS * Qualifikation: Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistikmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Fokus auf Prozessgestaltung und Logistikplanung. * Expertise: Fundierte Erfahrung in der Layoutplanung, im Projektmanagement und in der Implementierung logistischer Hard- und Software. * Methodik: Du beherrschst das strategische Handwerkszeug (Lean Management, Wertstromdesign) und hast ein Auge für die Details bei der physischen Umsetzung. * Mindset: Du bist ein strategischer Kopf, der den Erfolg seiner Konzepte an der praktischen Umsetzbarkeit misst und bei Projekthochläufen aktiv vor Ort unterstützt. * Kommunikation: Du kannst komplexe Strategien vor dem Management präsentieren und im nächsten Moment Prozesse glaubwürdig auf der Fläche vermitteln.
