This is reflected in how we collaborate, solve problems, and uphold our responsibility for quality and safety for the patients
ultimately affected by our work.
We are a company undergoing rapid development. Our growth brings a fast-paced environment, change and new opportunities for both
employees and the business. Here, you will grow together with us. If you are looking for a workplace where purpose, community and
development go hand in hand, then PolyPeptide is the right place for you.
The opportunity
In this role, you will combine cybersecurity expertise with operational coordination, translating the Group’s information security
strategy into clear priorities, effective controls and measurable improvements. Working closely with Global IS/IT, Site IT,
Quality Assurance, system owners, business stakeholders and external partners, you will align security activities with business
needs, regulatory obligations and internal quality requirements.
You will report to the Global Head of Information and Cybersecurity. This is not a formal people-management position: your
leadership will focus on coordinating assigned cybersecurity resources and external partners, setting priorities and following
through on delivery. You will work across sites and time zones, with travel expected for approximately 20% of your working time.
This is an opportunity to make a tangible contribution to cybersecurity across PolyPeptide Group. You will work at the
intersection of technology, business and quality, with a broad remit spanning daily operations, incident response and long-term
capability development.
Your key responsibilities
- Coordinate security operations: Lead and improve day-to-day monitoring, threat detection, vulnerability management and
remediation follow-up. Coordinate security testing and technical reviews with internal teams and service providers.
- Lead or coordinate incident response: Ensure timely analysis, containment, eradication, recovery and documentation. Escalate
incidents appropriately, particularly where business continuity, product quality, data integrity or regulatory obligations may
be affected, and drive lessons learned and corrective actions.
- Strengthen risk management and compliance: Support the Information Security Management System and controls aligned with ISO/IEC
27001:2022. Contribute to risk assessments, supplier assessments and security reviews, including cloud services and
GxP-relevant environments where applicable.
- Support audits and operational follow-up: Provide clear evidence and documentation, report on cybersecurity posture, track
actions and escalate significant risks or deficiencies.
- Build awareness and improve capabilities: Coordinate or support training and communication, maintain procedures and response
playbooks, and translate relevant threat intelligence and industry developments into actionable improvements.
What you bring
- Demonstrated competence in cybersecurity and information security, gained through education, training and/or professional
experience.
- Several years of relevant experience in security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, risk management or
information security governance.
- Understanding of identity and access management, endpoint and cloud security, logging and monitoring, supplier risk and secure
system lifecycle practices.
- Proven ability to lead, coordinate and follow up cybersecurity work in a structured, pragmatic way, working effectively with
stakeholders and external providers in a global, multi-site organisation.
- Experience in a regulated environment, ideally within pharmaceuticals, life sciences or another quality-controlled industry is
meritorious.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, or equivalent are an
advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science, information systems, engineering or another relevant discipline
is an advantage but is not required; equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
As a person you bring integrity, accountability and sound judgement, combined with a collaborative approach. As a clear and
thoughtful communicator, you make complex security matters understandable and help others see their business impact and
priorities. You are structured and thorough, with an ability to communicate clearly in writing and create documentation that
supports audits, reviews and day-to-day follow-up.
Application
PolyPeptide offers a dynamic work environment during an exciting growth journey, where you have the chance to both challenge
yourself and make an impact. With us, you not only get the opportunity to truly make a difference, but also to be part of a great

wellness activities, we create conditions for well-being both at and outside of work.
