JOIN TELAVOX AS GTM ENGINEER
We're looking for someone to join our GTM Engineering team with a focus on our AI Receptionist. When our largest enterprise
customers bring our AI Receptionist product, you join our delivery team as the AI expert. You help design and configure the AI
solution, connect it to our stack, and make sure it delivers real value. The best solutions don't stay one-offs; they get built
into our scalable mass-market product.
ABOUT THE JOB
Our delivery team owns the overall delivery; you bring the deep AI knowledge. You'll map customer processes, shape the AI solution
with their stakeholders, and configure AI agents, integrations and automated workflows on the Telavox stack. What you learn goes
back to product and engineering to be built into the core product.
Your day-to-day work may include:

You're the person others turn to when it comes to AI. You're as comfortable in a customer workshop as in a complex configuration;
you build trust at every level, and you have strong opinions on what good AI should sound and feel like.
