As a Product Compliance Associate, you will play a vital role in our journey towards digitizing aviation. Your main task will be

to quality assure and transfer aviation regulations, standards, and documentation into Web Manuals. Our compliance libraries

enables aviation professionals to keep operations aligned with ever-changing regulations.

Core responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:

To monitor direct sources of the regulations and ensure that new content is fed into our database.

Update and maintain Compliance Libraries with data from Store partners.

To keep internally controlled Libraries up to date.

Ensuring the accuracy and quality of our Compliance Libraries content.

To thrive in this role, we believe that you have:

Keen attention to detail.

Self-motivated

Strong organizational skills.

Clear and professional communication skills in English, both in speech and in writing as English is our corporate language.

Ideally, you also have:

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and similar tools.

Experience from IT or SaaS.

Experience from the aviation industry or other highly regulated industries.

Experience administrating regulatory documentation.

As a person, we believe that you are:

Quality-minded and well-organized.

A quick and engaged learner.

Particularly attentive to, careful of, and accurate with a high level of detail.

Prefer working in well-established processes and cautious with rules.

Start date: Flexible (per agreement)

Location: Malmö (In-office only)

Work extent: Part-time (per agreement)
