Product Manager

We’re looking for a Product Manager who will join our Product & Engineering team. You thrive on connecting the big picture with

the small details. In this role, you’ll combine forward-thinking with hands-on product management to make our product vision a

reality. You’ll be part of a team dedicated to shaping the future of employee engagement and will work closely with colleagues

across Product & Engineering, Customer Experience and Commercial.

AI is a natural part of how we work. It’s built into all of our development, and we expect it to be part of how product management

is done too. You’ll use AI every day to research, prototype, analyze and write faster and better, and you’ll help shape how we

keep evolving our ways of working.

You’ll also own the analytics behind the product. We grow through both product-led and sales-led motions, and data is at the heart

of both. You’ll make sure we understand how users discover, adopt and get value from the platform. You’ll turn that understanding

into clear insights and reporting for leadership.

Your mission is making sure the moving parts come together into a product experience that truly empowers people at work - because

that’s something you genuinely believe in. And through your work, you’ll directly contribute to improving the working lives of

millions of employees worldwide.

• Use AI as a core part of your PM toolkit: for user research, hypothesis creation, rapid prototyping, specifications, and data

analysis.

• Work closely with an engineering team where AI is part of every step of development, and help us find new ways to build better

and faster.

• Own product analytics across our growth model: define and follow up on metrics for activation, adoption, conversion and

retention in our product-led motion.

• Support our sales-led motion with product insights, such as usage signals and adoption data. Work closely with Commercial and

Customer Experience to help them win and grow customers.

This role requires authorization to work in Sweden as it’s based in Sweden. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this
