Om tjänsten

Curamet AB

Curamet AB is an IT services and solutions company based in Malmö, Sweden. We help businesses across technology, telecom, banking, healthcare and retail develop secure, reliable and cost-effective digital solutions.

Our expertise spans cloud services, DevOps and software delivery. By combining Agile ways of working with automation and modern engineering practices, we help our customers accelerate development, improve operational efficiency and bring new solutions to market faster.

As we grow, we’re looking for colleagues who enjoy solving technical challenges and sharing their expertise. Join our team to collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to projects that improve how businesses build and run their technology.

Duties

You are an experienced UX Designer with a strong background in complex enterprise, retail, or space planning products. You are comfortable designing for varied user groups and contexts, from store-floor activities to specialist expansion planning, and you can balance immediate MVP needs with a coherent long-term experience.

Please note that we will not consider applications without portfolios. Applications need to be in English.

The main tasks in the assignment are as below:

As our UX Designer, you'll lead the design of a simple, guided, scalable planning experience for both day-to-day operations and major commercial projects such as new stores, expansions, and rebuilds.

Design intuitive, scalable planning experiences: Understand the different user journeys and experiences within the tool.

Lead user-centred discovery and design: Plan and conduct research, map end-to-end journeys, identify pain points and translate insights into clear design priorities.

Prototype, test and refine continuously: Create flows and prototypes, validate them with users in multiple markets, and use feedback and evidence to guide the development.

Simplify complex planning workflows: Turn business rules, spatial constraints, product data, and 3D models into guided experiences that are easy to learn and efficient to use.

Shape a connected, reusable design foundation: Collaborate with engineering and platform teams on integration with other commercial planning solutions, retail equipment and shared planning data, while using design systems and reusable patterns to support future scale.

You lean forward and embrace the possibilities of AI-assisted design and software development

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

Collect input about user needs, business needs, and tech capabilities from stakeholders.

Collaborate with Developers, Product Leaders, and other UX professionals.

Design intuitive experiences for interactive products.
