The Sales Leader - System Integrators is responsible for building, maintaining and scaling VTEX's strategic Channel ecosystem
across the United States. This role will develop relationships with Global and Regional System Integrators, Digital Agencies,
Technology Partners, Selected ISVs and Consulting Firms to create sustainable revenue growth through joint go-to-market
initiatives.
As a strategic Individual Contributor, you'll identify new partnership opportunities, enable partners to successfully position
VTEX, and drive channel-sourced and channel-influenced pipeline in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Solution
Engineering, Product, and Commerce Engineering teams.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong commercial acumen, executive relationship management, and experience
building successful enterprise partnerships within the SaaS ecosystem.

ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a hardworking, driven leader with superb energy, passion and initiative to lead a Partner Sales team. The Partner Sales team concentrates driving co-sell and delivering incremental value to the field through formulating and executing a pipeline generation strategy through Partners, recruiting and building healthy mutual partnerships. Reporting to Regional Vice President of Partners APAC, the Senior Director of Partners will cover with a high focus on people leadership, recruiting and developing a high performance team fostering a culture of collaboration. RESPONSIBILITIES * Own, on behalf of Regional Vice President (RVP) - Greater China and Korea Sales leader, all things Partner related * Develop a holistic regional partner strategy, aligning Solution, Services & Cloud Partners and aligning to AVP priorities. * Own senior stakeholder engagement both internally and externally. * Recruit, onboard and ramp new Partner Sales Specialists and accelerate their productive capacity. * Own Partner team quota for geographies and responsible for forecast. * Enable, develop and empower your team to proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and build sales pipeline through our Cloud Partners, Global, Regional and local System Integrators, and ISV partners. * Drive a culture of collaboration with cross functional teams, Partner Programs, CSM, SA, SDR and Sales REQUIREMENTS * Experience recruiting and managing a highly successful sales or partner sales team * 10+ years of quota-carrying experience in a competitive market with a focus on new business. * 10+ years of quota-carrying experience managing a partner sales team generating pipeline and selling through Cloud Partners, Global/Regional System Integrators and ISV in a heavy sales matrix model, knowledge and experience with the Greater China and Korea market * Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology * Skilled in building business champions and running a complex sales process * Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) * Experience in developing and implementing repeatable mechanisms to drive efficiencies * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment * A track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets * Driven and competitive: Possess a strong desire to be successful * Skilled in managing time and resources; sound approach to qualifying opportunities * Intelligent: Possess aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility. This is a senior position in which you’ll operate as if a co-founder, working alongside an experienced sales leader, of an effective startup moving from 0 -> 1 within our broader org, aiming to deploy our voice AI technology at the most Strategic customers in the market against their most challenging problems. All the while you’ll be able to leverage support from the rest of ElevenLabs to accelerate. You will be responsible for hiring the team you need, winning the first customers in the market and ensuring that our product generates impact for them. No two days are the same, but you should expect to: * Meet with strategic customers to understand their critical audio and voice AI needs and locate their biggest pain points. * Build and lead a team of forward deployed engineers within the region. * Identify relevant use cases through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows, and work with Engineers to implement our voice and audio AI technology into innovative solutions. * Design and architect bespoke integrations for customers, ensuring our technology fits seamlessly into their products and operations. * Guide customers on best practices for implementing our voice and audio AI models to maximize their effectiveness. * Present the results of our work and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives. * Collaborate with our Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into ElevenLabs' software products and AI models. * Build and deliver compelling demos of our voice and audio AI technology to new and existing customers. * Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand our AI solutions across different sectors globally. * Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for our most strategic partners, working hands-on to deliver high-impact solutions. * Collaborate daily with our customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal implementation of ElevenLabs' technologies. LOCATION This role will require you to be based within Mexico City and in-office 3+ days of the week and travel to customer offices within Mexico as required.
