Brinner du för att skapa goda förutsättningar för människor och organisationer att utvecklas? På SBU får du arbeta brett inom HR-området nära verksamheten med ett viktigt samhällsuppdrag. Vi söker nu en engagerad HR‑generalist som vill driva och utveckla HR-arbetet. Avdelningen Tjänsten är placerad på avdelningen för verksamhetsutveckling och stöd. Avdelningen består av 14 personer med befattningar inom HR, IT, ekonomi, juridik, verksamhetsutveckling, registratur och intern service. Avdelningens arbetsuppgifter är att tillhandahålla stöd till övriga verksamheten och utveckla processer samt arbetssätt. Arbetet leds av en avdelningschef. Du kommer att ingå i ett HR-team om tre personer som arbetar nära varandra i det dagliga arbetet. Var och en driver sina ansvarsområden självständigt samtidigt som vi arbetar nära varandra och tillsammans utvecklar HR-arbetet och stödet till verksamheten. Arbetet präglas av engagemang, utveckling och en gemensam vilja att bidra till myndighetens fortsatta utveckling och en god arbetsmiljö. Arbetsuppgifter Som HR-generalist på SBU kommer du att ha en viktig roll i att stötta och utveckla organisationen genom att arbeta brett inom HR-området. Du kommer att leda arbetet med myndighetens rekryteringsprocess, arbeta med myndighetens kompetensutveckling och personaladministration samt delta i upphandlingar inom HR-området. Du har ett nära samarbete inom HR-funktionen och med myndighetens chefer. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår bland annat att: Ansvara för och genomföra hela rekryteringsprocessen, från behovsanalys till anställningsadministration Vara huvudansvarig i utvecklingen av myndighetens strategiska kompetensförsörjning Ansvara för myndighetens on- och offboarding Delaktig i myndighetens skyddskommitté och arbetsmiljöfrågorna inom myndigheten Bidra till att utveckla och implementera HR-processer och policys Stötta chefer i arbetsrättsliga frågor Kvalifikationer Akademisk examen inom HR, personalvetenskap eller motsvarande som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdigt Minst 3 års erfarenhet av brett HR-arbete Erfarenhet av arbete med hela kompetensförsörjningsprocessen, framför allt inom kompetensbaserad rekrytering Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift. Meriterande Erfarenhet av att arbete i statlig myndighet eller offentlig sektor Arbetslivserfarenhet av arbete med arbetsmiljö och arbetslivsinriktad rehabilitering God administrativ förmåga och systemvana av Reachmee, Talmundo, Primula och Sharepoint Arbetslivserfarenhet av upphandling inom HR-området Personliga egenskaper Vi söker dig som har ett stort engagemang och intresse för utvecklingsfrågor och vill bidra till att vidareutveckla HR-arbetet, tillsammans med kollegor och verksamheten. We’re seeking an enthusiastic HR Generalist who is driven to make an impact in the workplace every day and who will provide a stellar employee experience for IMCers. You'll join our European HR Operations team of 6, working alongside two other HR Generalists based in Amsterdam. You'll report to the HR Operations Lead for Europe Your Responsibilities * Be a first point of contact for employees on day-to-day HR queries, covering topics across the full employee lifecycle. * Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, Workday administration, letters generation, background checks and employees’ communication. * Support employment lifecycle changes, including job changes, contract conversions, visa renewals and sabbaticals. * Coordinate global mobility and business travel administration, such as visa/TWV applications, incoming and outgoing mobility cases and travel allowances, in partnership with regional HR teams. * Subject matter expert for the all HR systems, ensuring all information is up to date (including new hires, departure, employment changes). * Complete adhoc reporting from Workday and/or the analytics dashboards. * Maintain and manage relationships with external providers, including relocation, immigration and health and wellbeing providers. * Administer leave ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. UWV). * Support seasonal HR programs, including the summer internship and graduate traineeship, covering hiring coordination, housing/visa support and onboarding logistics. * Work together with the HR Operations Lead to suggest improvements to processes, policies and current initiatives, to enhance our performance driven organisation particularly around quality, delivery and cost optimisation. * Be involved in or coordinate HR related projects. * Support HRBPs and other HR Teams on various tasks.
