THE ROLE
You will play an essential role within our Charter Management team, providing support to our Charter Managers across a portfolio
of charter yachts and assist with the delivery of exceptional service to owners, captains and crew. You will maintain and manage
the administrative and operational processes by using our CRM and Yachtfolio to ensure successful charter management. You will
develop a comprehensive understanding of the charter market and Y.CO fleet and will attend yacht shows, open days and yacht
events, as required.
You are highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional
attention to detail. You communicate effectively at all levels and understand the importance of building relationships with
colleagues, clients, yacht crews and external partners.
You will play an active role in supporting key charter initiatives, maintaining accurate systems and records, assisting with yacht
shows and events, and contributing to the continued success of the Charter Management team. You will also actively participate in
all Y.CO sponsored sustainability initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
Previous experience within the yachting industry is required
Fluency in English is essential
Experience using Microsoft Office including Excel
Basic Photoshop knowledge is a plus
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
