The Team: We are the Engineering team. We exist to build the products and automation that will drive Liberis’ exponential growth in the embedded finance market. There are over 90 of us based across the UK & Mumbai, we split ourselves into domain aligned teams working on a specific part of our product offering as well as across a few supporting functions: DevEx, Data, Architecture, & support. Our mission is to build composable, modular technology platforms that will close the global SME funding gap. What you’ll be doing: Joining our Mumbai team of 7, you will be a key part of our Engineering Team working on real world problems, seeing the impact your work has on a daily basis through: * Using continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software and value to end users as early as possible * Working in collaborative, customer obsessed teams to build fantastic experiences for internal and external users * Contributing to our distributed, global architecture while defending our quality and performance requirements. * Building and running software, exemplifying DevOps culture. * Taking part in our entire software lifecycle, from ideation, to building, to maintenance, to collecting feedback and improving. * Mentoring junior engineers. Interview with wider Liberis colleagues What we think you need: * Professional experience writing code in two or more programming languages and a willingness to learn our tech stack - mostly C# .net, NextJs, React, GCP. * An understanding of working with Agile methods, such as Extreme Programming, Kanban, or Scrum. * Experience mentoring more junior team members. * Multiple years of experience in an environment that is in some way similar to ours. * Resilience in early stage business situations, where requirements are evolving and experimentation is required. * Bonus points Experience building data heavy products e.g. ETL pipelines, event streamlining, or data mesh approaches. * Bonus points if you have experience of cloud technologies (we mostly use Azure & GCP); experience using highly collaborative methods such as ensemble, mob, or pair programming; experience writing financial software; or experience with Test Driven Development Liberis is an equal opportunities employer. Job Description We are looking for a motivated Programmatic Manager who will be reporting to Programmatic Director to join our global Paid Media team. You will be able to utilize our existing ad operations, optimization, and marketing skills and be involved in developing major client accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Optimize campaign performance across programmatic platforms, striving to refine tactics for our clients. * Develop insights to inform our client's strategies. * Partner with Business Development to generate strategies for prospective clients. * Interface with clients through written, phone, and in person communication. * Collaborate across our teams to create holistic advertiser solutions which span all areas of the digital spectrum. * Interpret attribution modelling and 3rd party analytics data. * Engage deal economics, media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions. * Mentor and educate more junior staff as the business expands. * Required to work in EST working hours . Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in Programmatic advertising in an agency environment * Knowledge of real-time bidding, ad formats such as display, video, and CTV, demand site platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies, specifically within the Google Marketing Platform * Expertise in managing campaigns within DSPs like DV360, Amazon, & The Trade Desk * Experience with numerical detail, analysis, and using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies. * Business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality documents * Demonstrate a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands * Ability to experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues. * Experience trafficking campaigns in ad servers like CM360 Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
