ABOUT THE TEAM The Procurement & Supply Chain team plays a critical role in ensuring STARK has the materials, components, and supplier partnerships needed to deliver cutting-edge defence technology at speed. Working closely with engineering, production, and logistics, the team enables efficient operations across the full procurement lifecycle. As a Working Student, you'll work directly with experienced professionals, gaining practical insight into procurement processes while contributing to the growth of a fast-paced and mission-driven organisation. YOUR MISSION * To support and scale STARK’s procurement and supply chain operations by working closely with the Head of Procurement, contributing to the development of structured purchasing processes and enabling efficient day-to-day procurement activities at our Munich site. * As a Working Student in Supply Chain, you will gain hands-on exposure to real procurement operations within a fast-growing defence technology company, working directly at the heart of our production and supplier ecosystem. RESPONSIBILITIES * Work closely with the Head of Procurement on daily purchasing and supply chain tasks * Support supplier research, investigations, and direct communication with vendors * Assist in building and maintaining a structured procurement handbook * Support purchasing processes from request to order and delivery tracking * Work within and help maintain the ERP system for procurement-related data * Support coordination with production, logistics, and engineering teams * Help improve internal procurement processes and documentation * Support general operational tasks across procurement and supply chain QUALIFICATIONS * Currently enrolled student in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Production, or a technical discipline * Strong interest in procurement, supply chain, and operational processes * Initial experience through studies, internships, or working student roles in procurement, logistics, production, or ERP systems is a plus * Structured, reliable, and proactive working style * Strong communication skills and confidence in working with suppliers * Technical affinity is a plus * Fluent in German and English * Located in or near Munich and available to work on-site daily

You’ll be at the forefront of introducing Tandem’s clinician copilot to providers, partners, and health systems - shaping how we scale across one of Europe’s most important healthcare markets. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll own the commercial strategy and execution across the DACH market, building and leading a high-performing sales function while forging high-impact partnerships across the care ecosystem. From provider networks and health systems to EHR vendors, payors, and strategic channel partners, you’ll act as a market expert, trusted advisor, and commercial leader all in one. What you will do * Own and drive Tandem’s commercial growth strategy across DACH, with full responsibility for pipeline generation, revenue growth, and market expansion. * Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization focused on healthcare and healthtech customers across the DACH market. * Develop and manage executive-level relationships with health systems, provider groups, EHR vendors, insurers, digital health platforms, and strategic partners. * Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through negotiation and close, working closely with legal, product, implementation, and leadership teams. * Identify new market opportunities, partnership models, and commercial strategies to accelerate Tandem’s adoption within the healthcare ecosystem. * Represent Tandem externally at industry events, conferences, and executive meetings, positioning us as a leading AI partner for healthcare providers. * Act as the voice of the DACH market internally, bringing insights on customer needs, competitive dynamics, healthcare workflows, and regulatory developments back into the company. * Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, clinical, and customer success teams to ensure successful implementations and long-term customer outcomes. * Help shape Tandem’s broader European go-to-market strategy as we continue to expand internationally. What You Bring * Proven experience leading healthcare or healthtech sales teams, ideally within digital health, AI, SaaS, medtech, or healthcare IT companies. * Strong track record of consistently closing complex enterprise deals within highly regulated healthcare environments. * Deep understanding of the German healthcare ecosystem, including hospitals, provider groups, payors, public healthcare structures, and health IT procurement processes. * Significant experience selling into healthcare providers, health systems, EHR vendors, or clinical workflow platforms. * Strong network across the DACH healthcare and healthtech landscape, with the ability to build trusted executive relationships quickly. * Experience managing long and complex sales cycles involving clinical, operational, technical, legal, and procurement stakeholders. * Comfortable navigating clinical, commercial, and technical conversations with senior healthcare decision-makers. * Data-driven and operationally strong, with experience building scalable sales processes, forecasting pipeline, and driving commercial performance. * Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and leadership skills. * Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. * Passion for improving healthcare delivery through thoughtful, impactful innovation. HOW YOU'LL GROW WITH US * Customer success leadership: 3+ years' experience leading a CS or post-sales team in B2B SaaS, with strong coaching skills and a passion for people development. Comfortable owning team performance and driving results under pressure. * Industrial world exposure: You have spent meaningful time in or close to the industrial sector (manufacturing, plant operations, facilities, or a comparable environment). You are energized by being on-site with enterprise customers, travel willingly, and build trust face-to-face on the shop floor (if needed). Direct exposure to maintenance, asset management, or service operations is a strong plus. * Executive stakeholder management: Comfortable engaging C-Level stakeholders on the customer side - running QBRs, escalation and de-escalation conversations, and steering executive relationships.
