Be the main point of contact for internal colleagues * On-Site Support : Help manage attendee registration lists, venue communication, and branding collateral. 2. DIGITAL EVENTS & WEBINARS * Webinar Coordination: Assist in the end-to-end setup of our regular expert briefings and panels (covering wholesale PPAs, LNG, and margin optimization). * Speaker & Partner Management: Liaise with external industry experts (e.g., Argus, Veyt, OpenGamma) to organize presentation materials and dry runs. * Promotion & Follow-Up: Build registration landing pages, set up automated email sequences, and distribute post-webinar recordings.
