Als Key Account Manager bist du nach Abschluss eines Erstvertrags durch unser Sales Team der/die Ansprechpartner/-in für unser Geschäftskundenportfolio bei FINN (Flottengröße 10-200 Fahrzeuge). Damit hast du maßgeblichen Einfluss auf die Zufriedenheit unserer Firmenkunden, die sich darin äußert, dass sie für auslaufende Abos Anschlussverträge abschließen und dass sie zusätzliche Fahrzeuge von uns beziehen. Die Erzeugung dieses organischen Wachstums ist ein essentieller Teil unserer (B2B) Strategie.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
B2B Sales Manager at BURGA isn’t just about closing deals—it’s about unlocking new opportunities and shaping the global expansion of a brand that’s turning heads worldwide. You’ll be at the forefront of our growth journey, building meaningful partnerships and helping us bring BURGA’s bold style to new markets, retailers, and distributors across the globe.
Your Role: Drive BURGA’s B2B growth by identifying high-potential markets, turning leads into long-term partners, and opening new doors across wholesale and corporate sales channels. You’ll craft and execute bold sales strategies, represent the brand in key discussions, and collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver seamless partner experiences and real results, with a strong focus on BURGA’s drinkware product line.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Conduct market analyses and research for new B2B clients, managing the entire process from client acquisition to establishing long-term relationships for accessories products
- Develop and implement innovative sales initiatives, focusing on expanding the company’s accessories presence globally across wholesale and corporate channels
- Execute comprehensive sales plans, encompassing market research, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and high retention rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, manufacturing, and customer support, to align strategies
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities in different markets, utilizing data to inform decisions and adjust sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulations and trade policies during international sales operations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B service or product sales, showcasing success in attracting and developing new customers
- Skilled in developing markets for new products or driving sales expansion within retail or lifestyle brands
- Background in consumer goods, lifestyle products, accessories or drinkware is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Goal-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
- Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to confidently build and establish connections with anyone
- Fluent in French and English (additional languages are a plus)
SALARY: 2000 - 3000 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
