📍Manchester (Hybrid, up to 2 days WFH) | 💰 £35k + uncapped commission (up to £60k OTE) Street Group is one of the fastest-growing PropTech companies in the UK. We want to be the leading creator of delightful experiences for everybody involved in buying, selling, renting and letting property, regardless of their involvement, and improve the industry for everybody by elevating UK Estate Agencies through world-class technology. Our flagship product, Spectre has become the gold standard for instruction generation in the UK. With thousands of the country's leading estate agencies already using our platform, the opportunity to grow adoption of our other products within that existing ecosystem is vast. Street.co.uk is our game-changing CRM: a truly modern estate agency platform, creating a next-level digital experience for customers, putting transparency, user experience and beautiful design at the heart of our industry. We are looking for a high-energy, consultative Growth Manager to join our growth team, focused on driving adoption of Street. Unlike a traditional AE who hunts for "new logos," your mission is to dive deep into our existing database of world-class Spectre clients and introduce them to the full power of Street. You will be responsible for the entire cross-sell cycle - from identifying untapped opportunities within a branch to demoing Street and closing the deal. Here’s what you can expect to be working on as a Growth Manager * Take total command of the cross-sell lifecycle, turning untapped potential within our elite client base into closed-won revenue. * Manage a high volume of expansion opportunities through the sales funnel, from initial outreach to contract signature. * Conduct expert-level demonstrations of Street, specifically tailoring the pitch to how the platform will solve that specific client's current pain point. * Prioritise high-value accounts and multi-branch agencies for strategic expansion campaigns. * Work hand-in-hand with Customer Success Managers. While the CSM maintains the relationship, you step in as the "Sales Specialist" when a commercial opportunity is identified. * Maintain meticulous records in the CRM. * Stay ahead of the PropTech curve. You must be able to speak the language of Estate Agents, understanding their challenges with stock levels, valuations, and fee pressure. A bit about you… * You love the "win." You are motivated by hitting targets and seeing the direct impact of your sales on the company's ARR. * You have 2+ years in a SaaS sales role (AE, or Account Management with a heavy sales focus). Experience in PropTech or Estate Agency is a significant plus. * You don't just "sell features"; you sell solutions. You can show an agent exactly how Street will transform the way they run their business. * Exceptional verbal and written communication. You can command a room (or a video call) and simplify data into a compelling story. Research has shown that women tend to rule themselves out of applying for jobs unless they meet 100% of the requirements. If you fall into that category and are about to rule yourself out based on the above criteria; please consider applying anyway. We'd love to see your application! Who are Street Group? We’re an award-winning PropTech business based in Manchester, founded in 2015 by brother and sister duo, Tom & Heather Staff. Most of us have personal experience of how painful moving can be, and Tom and Heather saw an opportunity to change this: utilising technology, as well as our incredibly talented team, to improve the industry for everyone. Our products, Street.co.uk and Spectre form a powerful duo, working harmoniously together to transform an agent’s job. From securing more leads and winning new instructions to streamlining business operations and growing market share, our products are supercharging 1,000s of agencies across the UK. Why join Street Group? 🏠 Hybrid-working - you can work from home up to 2 days per week 🏖️ Guilt-Free R&R - £1000 towards a holiday after your first year with the team (we'll even cover the tax!) 💪 Joining a culture that supports your development and encourages growth 📚 £500 yearly L&D budget for your career development 🎂 Your birthday on us - we pay, you stay away 🙋 ‘Give something back’ - 2 paid days volunteering on us 👶 Enhanced maternity, paternity & adoption pay 🧠 Mental health & well-being support via Health Assured 🧘 Regular well-being initiatives 🕒 Flexible working hours 🚂 Public transport season ticket loans 🌷 Paid menopause leave 🌞 Holiday buying scheme 🚀 Joining a new team in an exciting business with huge ambition 👥 Be a part of something bigger - everyone in our team is passionate about improving the entire property industry! It's a huge goal, but it motivates us to do better every single day 👩🏿💻 A chance to work on cutting-edge technology 🐶 Comfortable, relaxed office space - office dogs welcome! 🍻 Fully stocked fridge and beers (or an alternative) on us every Friday afternoon 🎊 Company and team off-sites, events and happy hours 🚴 Cycle to work scheme 🚗 Electric car salary sacrifice scheme 🌍 Feel good about sustainability - we're a climate-positive company! Salary Basic up to £35,000 + uncapped commission (realistic first year OTE £60,000). However, sometimes the perfect person is far more or less experienced than we anticipated. In these situations, planned ranges go out the window. If you think that might be the case, please apply and just let us know. We care deeply about helping the tech industry become a more inclusive and diverse place and we work hard to lead by example. We are committed to Equal Employment Opportunity through attracting and retaining a complementary team of employees and building an inclusive environment for all. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and be able to perform the work specified. Interview Process 3 stages (incl. a presentation) = Introductory call with one of our Talent team > Hiring Manager Interview and presentation > Final interview with our Co-Founder and VP of Sales. We want to make our interviews as inclusive as possible, so if you need any adjustments made, or if there's anything you think we should be aware of during the interview process, please do let us know! A note on using AI in your job application As a fast-moving and rapidly evolving tech company, we embrace the advantages of AI and encourage its use throughout our application process. However, our goal is to get to know and hire the authentic you - your skills, experience, and values. We don’t want to hire an AI-generated version of you. We consider AI to be a valuable tool, not something that should overshadow you as an individual. INDAE

Learn more at later.com [https://later.com/]. ABOUT THIS POSITION: This is a high-trust, high-leverage role for someone who is genuinely obsessed with the numbers. You'll be the right-hand operator and thinking partner to the GM of Later Social and Head of Creator Products, reporting directly to the SVP and GM. You will own the growth metrics, the operating cadence, and the decision support that keep two fast-moving businesses sharp and accountable: the Later Social PLG SaaS division and the Creator product portfolio. You won't just report on the funnel, you'll live in it. You'll know why self-serve conversion moved, where Creator product activation is leaking, and what we should do about it before anyone asks. You'll run the operating rhythm, keep the team honest on timelines and OKRs, turn data into crisp leadership narratives, and act as a force multiplier so the GM can operate at the altitude only they can. Think operator-analyst with a growth brain and a high drive to move the needle. Please note we will only be considering applications from candidates located within North America. This is a remote-eligible position, with the option to be hybrid from our Boston, Vancouver BC, or Vancouver WA hubs. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Growth & Funnel Analytics * Own the source of truth for growth performance across Later Social's PLG funnel (acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion) and Creator application, activation, and engagement analytics. * Apply a CRO lens: surface what's working and what isn't, size the opportunity, and recommend the next test or fix proactively, with a clear point of view. * Build and maintain the dashboards, models, and definitions the whole group trusts for product metrics; partner with Data & Analytics so one set of numbers drives every conversation. Operating Cadence & OKRs * Partner with TPMs on team OKRs: baselines, targets, weekly pacing, and clear escalation when the business is off track. * Lead the recurring funnel and metrics reviews for product growth and Creator sales growth: set the agenda, drive the discussion to decisions, and own the follow-through. * Keep the group's timelines, deliverables, and operational commitments on schedule, and keep the GM ahead of what's due and what's at risk. Strategy & Decision Support * Support the GM on product and business metrics tracking, translating data into action plans with a clear recommendation, not just a status update. * Pressure-test plans, model scenarios, and bring an independent, data-backed perspective the GM can rely on. * Prepare the documents and presentations the group needs for leadership, board, and cross-functional audiences, translating data into a clear story. * Own smaller projects end to end, from framing the question to landing the outcome. Cross-Functional Leadership * Partner across Product, Marketing, Data, GTM, and Finance; with Marketing specifically, keep growth reporting transparent and forward-leaning. * Constructively challenge the team on priorities, pace, and where their time is best spent, raising the bar without owning their roadmaps. * Drive alignment across Later Social and Creator stakeholders by creating shared metrics, clear operating rhythms, and crisp escalation paths. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: * By 30 days, you have a deep understanding of our PLG funnel and products, are fully set up in our core tools (Claude, Amplitude, SQL, Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, Mode, and spreadsheets), and are running basic weekly reporting for the GM and core partners. * By 90 days, you own the operating cadence end to end: OKRs are baselined and tracked, weekly funnel and performance reviews are running smoothly, and you are proactively surfacing insights and recommended tests across acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention for Later Social. * By 6 months, you are the undisputed source of truth for growth and product usage metrics, you have led multiple high-impact CRO and funnel optimization initiatives (such as on later.com and in-product activation flows), and you are driving cross-functional alignment on the roadmap through sharp analysis and storytelling. * When fully ramped, the GM can step back from day-to-day metrics with confidence because you have it covered: product and revenue metrics are tracked and visible every week, nothing critical slips quietly. Funnel reviews produce decisions, not just status. Leadership materials are sharp, on time, and tell a clear story. WHAT YOU BRING: We are committed to building an inclusive, supportive place for you to do the best and most rewarding work of your career. If you identify with any of the following, we encourage you to apply! * 5-7+ years in growth, revenue operations, business or strategy operations, or growth analytics, ideally in B2B or B2C SaaS with a PLG motion. * A track record of moving the numbers: you have materially improved key funnel metrics (sign-up to activation, free-to-paid conversion, trial-to-paid, retention and expansion, ARPU or LTV) and can point to specific experiments or initiatives you led and the impact they drove. * Deeply analytical and numbers-obsessed: fluent with funnels, cohorts, conversion math, and experimentation. You are strong with analytics and BI tools (Amplitude or Mixpanel, Looker or Mode, spreadsheets and models) and comfortable querying data directly with SQL to get your own answers. * A proven operator: you have run operating cadences, OKRs, and cross-functional projects, and you make things happen across teams without formal authority. You have owned or heavily influenced quarterly target-setting and can keep teams honest on pacing and tradeoffs. * Excellent at synthesis and storytelling: you turn data into decisions and into documents executives trust, tailoring the narrative for product, GTM, and leadership audiences. * High ownership, sound judgment, and the maturity to be a confidential, credible extension of a senior leader. * Fluent in using AI tools to work faster and sharper (analysis, synthesis, drafting), while staying fully accountable for accuracy and judgment. * Experience in social, creator, or e-commerce and affiliate-driven businesses is a strong plus. HOW YOU WORK: * Driven by Impact: You deliver results that matter, prioritizing high-value work, meeting deadlines, and adapting quickly while keeping outcomes clear. * Strategic & Customer-Centric: You anticipate risks and opportunities, connect decisions to long-term growth, and build trust through proactive insights. * Curious & Growth-Oriented: You seek knowledge, ask sharp questions, and apply learnings fast, challenging the status quo with a mindset of improvement. * Collaborative & Resilient: You thrive in change by staying resourceful, solution-focused, and positive, removing roadblocks, sharing insights, and keeping morale high. * Accountable & Honest: You own your work, hold yourself and others to a high bar, and use transparent feedback to drive growth. * Emotionally Intelligent: You build trust through empathy and collaboration, foster inclusion, and inspire others with grit, optimism, and integrity. OUR APPROACH TO COMPENSATION: We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.
