Are you studying Human Resources and looking for an opportunity to turn your academic knowledge into practical experience? Would
you like to learn what it is like to work with HR in an international organisation while supporting employees and managers in
their day-to-day HR matters? Then this internship could be a great opportunity for you.
About the internship
As an HR Intern, you will become part of our European HR Support and Advisory team and work closely with HR colleagues supporting
our Swedish organisation.
During your internship, in spring 2027, you will gain hands-on experience across a variety of HR processes and get an insight into
the everyday work of an HR function in an international company. You will have the opportunity to combine administrative tasks
with employee and manager support, while learning from experienced HR colleagues along the way.
You will be based at our office in Nacka Strand, Stockholm, were we have a hybrid working solution.

Who are we looking for?
We believe you are currently studying Human Resources/Personnel and Working Life (PA) or a similar university programme and are
looking for an internship as part of your studies.
You don't need to know everything about HR yet. That's what the internship is for. What matters to us is that you are:
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is interested in people, enjoys providing good service and wants to understand
how HR works in practice.
