Coordinator based at our Corporate Office in Greeley, CO. The coordinator works with company health partners and vendors to
provide quality benefits to eligible membership. He/she also works with local HR teams to ensure the promotion of programs and
education of the benefits to respective team members. Additional responsibilities include health and welfare administration.
Responsibilities: Develop a foundational knowledge and basic skills in all aspects of health and welfare. Serve as primary contact
for health care partners, plan vendors and third-party administrators. Facilitate resolution for claims processing and
administrative errors for our network and clinic partners. Conduct periodic audits to ensure accurate processing of claims.
Prepare and deliver various reports to management and health partners. Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of requested and
scheduled reporting. Develop communication tools to enhance understanding of the company's benefits package. Design and distribute
materials for benefits orientations and open enrollment. Provide training and support for group benefits associates, home office
associates, and the field staff. Coordinate implementation of new benefits programs. Other duties as assigned Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Public Health, Human Resources, or similar) and at least two years of related benefits or
employee benefits administration experience preferred. Strong interpersonal communication, both verbal and written. Ability to
work as an integral part of a team. Ability to foster collaboration and cultivating relationships. Ability to work independently
or with minimal direction. The proven ability to complete multiple tasks on time in an intense environment. Ability to demonstrate
attention to detail and commitment to task. Capable of effective planning and priority setting. Positive attitude and professional
demeanor. Bilingual – English and Spanish preferred Must be available to travel nationwide 25%-50% of the time. Typically, these

ROLE PURPOSE The Program Coordinator I will assist in the planning, development, implementation, and oversight of the day-to-day operation of Connective’s Program(s) as well as participate in program development, policies and procedure formulation, program evaluation and budget preparation. Plans and implements program activities and special events. * Makes recommendation to the supervisor regarding program development, policy and procedure formulation and program evaluation. * Reviews and monitors client case notes, written commuvnication tools, incident reports and other program documentation * Assists the Program Manager in assessing client referrals and carries out client intakes and orientation * Facilitates the effective day-to-day operation of the program/s by ensuring that the necessary facilities and equipment are in place, program guidelines and policies are adhered to, and program standards and licensing requirements are met. * Provides direct support services as assigned by Program Manager, Senior Manager or their designate. * Monitors program/s expenditures and maintains financial records in accordance with established procedures. * Provides orientation to new employees and supports onboarding activities * Promotes public awareness of and support for the program by performing duties such as producing promotional materials and attending community events. * Liaises with community service providers and other professionals to coordinate service provision, facilitate referrals to the program and represent the organization or program in external events. * Maintains related records and statistics and produces reports as required. * Along with the other residence staff, monitors and ensures effective operation of the facility including quality control concerning cleaning equipment, indoor and outdoor maintenance, inventory, and food services. * Provides input into meal scheduling and preparation, including food inventory * As assigned, organizes, and oversees the preparation of meals and involves the residents in this process. * Supports kitchen staff and kitchen related activities as needed * In cooperation with the management team, is available as a resource to staff, in case of emergencies. This includes participating in the on-call rotation and carrying the pager or cell phone 24 hours per day. * Performs other related duties as required. WORKING CONDITIONS * Function independently, while remaining a crucial member of the support team * Adhere to Connective policies and procedures * Transports self, staff, volunteers, and others with a reliable vehicle throughout the areas including, remote locations and correctional facilities as needed * Works 40 hours per week with time apportioned through days, evenings, and weekends as necessary to meet the program and client needs * Is a member of CUPE local 1936-11 EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS * A university Degree or diploma in a relevant branch of the Behavioural Sciences with an emphasis on Social Work, Sociology, and/or Psychology * Two (2) years recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience * Experience with clients with a history of conflict with the law, developmental disabilities and/or spectrum disorders, experiencing homelessness, interaction with social agencies and experiencing mental health challenges * Ability to be comfortable interacting with persons who have been involved in the criminal justice system and/or are high risk/high needs/high profile individuals * Demonstrated competence in identifying, approaching and securing both short- and long-term funding from appropriate sources * Knowledge of government and community justice services * A strong ability to work with persons in crisis and persons who are disconnected from their support network * Experience in and comfort with public speaking * Knowledge of word processing * Experience with supporting individuals with developmental disabilities * Experience with facilitating, creating and/or running programs. Position Summary The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/GNA) Instructor & Program Coordinator is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and general oversight of the administration of the CNA Training Program. This dual-role position includes classroom and clinical instruction, student mentorship, and program coordination to ensure full compliance with Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) and regulatory requirements. This role prepares students for state certification while fostering a supportive, engaging learning environment that promotes student success in the healthcare field.
