hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique
stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.

regulators, opinion leaders and others who shape the political and legal context for our business, helping them to understand the
significant social and economic contributions of our platform. Across the region, we are engaged in hundreds of local
conversations and negotiations with governments big and small. We engage governments at local, state, provincial and national
levels directly and also use innovative advocacy and partnership strategies that actively involve our community and our
stakeholders in making the case for fair, progressive home sharing rules.
With so much going on in so many places, Airbnb is seeking an experienced organizational and administrative professional to join
the team as a Program Coordinator.

needed. You are target-focused and find the fastest, most efficient way to get to our destination. You’re a great team player
without ego, who is willing to take on projects big and small. You’re capable of working in cross-functional teams across cultures
and timezones. You have excellent communication skills and an ability to take big ideas and translate them into actions. You can

WHY DEPT®? We are pioneers at heart. What this means, is that we are always leaning forward, thinking of what we can create tomorrow that does not exist today. We were born digital and we are a new model of agency, with a deep skillset in tech and marketing. That’s why we hire curious, self-driven, talented people who never stop innovating. Our culture is big enough to cope and small enough to care. Meaning, that with people across 20+ countries, we’re big enough to provide you with the best tools, global opportunities, and benefits that help you thrive. While acting small by investing in you, your growth, your team, and giving you the autonomy to solve our clients’ problems, no matter where you are in the world. ROLE OVERVIEW As the PMO Lead, you will be the operational architect and heartbeat of the Future of Work program. You will lead a decentralized team of Project Managers situated within specific technical PODs and workstreams to ensure global alignment, resource efficiency, and measurable business impact. You are not just a coordinator; you are a builder. You will be responsible for defining the "how" of our execution—setting up the processes, tools, meeting cadences, and automation layers that allow our three workstreams (T25 Mapping, Agentic Platform Build, and Workforce of the Future) to scale. REQUIREMENTS * Expert PMO Leadership: Extensive experience running complex, multi-workstream digital transformation or product development programs in a global agency or tech environment. * Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage "dotted-line" relationships and influence senior leadership (SVP/EVP level) across different regions (AMER/EMEA). * AI Fluent: Deep understanding of Agentic Orchestration, LLMs, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows. You should be a "power user" of AI tools. * Modern Toolset: Advanced proficiency in Asana, Jira, Confluence, and the Google Workspace ecosystem (including Gemini). * Methodology: Expert knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to create hybrid frameworks that suit rapid AI development cycles. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. PROGRAM GOVERNANCE & STRATEGY * Establish the PMO: Define and implement the Program Management Office from the ground up, including clear Terms of Reference (ToR) for all workstreams. * Reporting Lines: Provide leadership and oversight to Project Managers across the program; ensure POD-level execution aligns with global program OKRs. * Council Management: Facilitate alignment and communication between the program and our three governing bodies: - Strategic & Growth Council - Technical & Innovation Council - Risk, Trust & Governance Council 2. PROCESS ENGINEERING & TOOLS * Standardize the T25 Methodology: Codify the six-workshop process for client workflow mapping and future-state blueprinting. * Meeting Architecture: Design and facilitate the program’s meeting cadence, ensuring high-impact outcomes for kickoffs, status updates, and roadmap reviews. * System Ownership: Own the program’s workspace strategy, ensuring seamless integration between: - Asana: General project management and task tracking. - Jira & Confluence: Technical build management and documentation. - G Suite: General collaboration and communication. 3. AI-FIRST AUTOMATION * PMO Automation: Actively use AI to automate manual PMO functions, such as status report generation, risk identification, and audit queries. * Tooling Innovation: Partner with the technical PODs to implement Gemini and our internal assistant ("D") into daily project workflows. * Proactive Intelligence: Implement smart workflows to shift the PMO from reactive reporting to proactive risk mitigation and resource optimization. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) * Revenue Enablement: Support the delivery of €2.7M in T25-related revenue by ensuring workstream velocity. * Efficiency Gains: Deliver quantifiable efficiency improvements through "Phase Solutions" across Media, Creative, and Commerce teams. * Milestone Accuracy: Ensure the delivery of the Persistent AI Assistant platform and its associated integrations by the mid-Q2 deadline. ABOUT YOU You are a "Benefits Backwards" architect. You don't build tech for tech's sake; you build it to solve the friction of modern work. You are comfortable being the final decision-maker in high-pressure environments and possess the rare ability to translate complex agentic patterns into clear, executable roadmaps for your engineering leads. WE OFFER: * 15 days Paid PTO * 10 Public Holidays + Birthday off * Medical, Dental, and Mental Health Support/Benefits (through Canada Life Insurance) * Learning & growth certifications/certifications * Enhanced Family Leave (after 1 year) * A flexible, hybrid working policy * Buddy Program: You will be paired with a ‘Buddy’ to help you through your first weeks’ at DEPT® * Tons of Office perks in our Toronto office! In this role, you will own the end-to-end candidate journey operations across AMER, EMEA, and APAC—building a high-performing, resource-efficient team of coordinators and ensuring every candidate leaves with a positive, lasting impression, regardless of the outcome. We are looking for a strategic, data-fluent and operationally minded leader who can translate insights into executive narratives, proactively audit and re-architect workflows to ensure operational excellence and safely leverage automation and AI to scale how we work. Proactively identify manual bottlenecks to leverage AI, automation, and modern tools with clear ROI metrics, ensuring technology supports a personalized candidate experience * Programmatic Candidate Journey Design: Take a holistic, end-to-end view of the global candidate lifecycle to identify high-impact opportunities for journey enhancement. Effectively design, build, and execute strategic programs and projects that elevate the overall candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment funnel * Translate Data for Executive Influence: Translate granular operational metrics (calendar holds, clicks, turnaround times) into high-level strategic business cases. Maintain an active reporting cadence with senior Recruiting leadership and use data to confidently navigate stakeholder pushback * Manage Vendor Relationships: Own relationships with our core scheduling technology vendors and cross-functional partners to actively monitor system performance, usage, and new feature adoption. While you won’t need to build complex dashboards, you must be highly comfortable organizing and interpreting spreadsheet data to tell a clear story and drive performance * Automation & Process Design Instincts: Experience executing workflow audits and implementing AI, working with modern scheduling platforms (GoodTime, ModernLoop, Guide, Ashby etc). Strong ability to distinguish when to automate vs. when to simplify manually * Stakeholder Negotiation & Consensus: Ability to negotiate with business units to balance global standardization with essential local/functional customization * Extreme Accountability & Ownership: A proven track record of taking direct responsibility for complex program outcomes and operational failures, turning breakdowns into structural operational guardrails * Inclusive Leadership & Growth Mindset: Highly self-aware leader who welcomes constructive feedback, models intellectual honesty, and is committed to developing people and building psychologically safe, diverse teams WHY MONGODB MongoDB is built for change, empowering our customers and our people to innovate at the speed of the market.
