What You Bring
You come from the world of tax and legal advisory; but you've never been content with how things have always been done. You may
have trained at a Big 4 firm, working across tax structuring, legal advisory, or consulting. Perhaps you've specialised in legal
operations, innovation, or technology implementation within a professional services environment.
Maybe you've even moved into legal tech or consultancy, helping advisory teams modernize and scale. Either way, you know how tax
and legal advisory teams think, work, and (sometimes) struggle and you're ready to help them level up with technology.

THE ROLE You'll own Legora's relationships with a set of global and regional consulting and SI partners, working closely with their alliance leaders, practice heads, and delivery teams, and with Legora's own sales and engagement teams, to turn those relationships into successful client outcomes. We're building this program from the ground up. There's no inherited playbook, which means you'll have real say in how Legora goes to market with consulting partners, what we ask of them, and what we give them in return. You'll report to the VP of Partnerships and work closely with Sales, Engagement Management, and Legal Engineers. What You'll Do * Own strategic relationships with a portfolio of global and regional consulting and SI partners, building trusted relationships from practice leads to alliance executives. * Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with each partner, including account mapping, pipeline generation, and co-sell motions with Legora's sales team. * Work with partners to define how they position, sell, and deliver Legora to their clients - and make sure they have what they need to do it well. * Drive partner enablement, keeping firms current as Legora's product evolves. * Track pipeline health, run business reviews, and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. * Bring partner and market feedback back into Legora to inform product and go-to-market decisions. What You Bring * 8+ years in alliances, partnerships, or business development at an enterprise SaaS or AI company - with actual pipeline built, deals closed, and partner relationships that held up over time. * Firsthand experience with how major consulting firms or GSIs operate: how they make decisions and team with technology partners. Time spent inside one of these organizations is a plus. * Experience building a partner program rather than inheriting one. You're comfortable when the structure doesn't exist yet. * Good commercial judgment: you can build a joint value proposition, work through multi-party deal complexity, and make the right call on when to push and when to step back. * Ability to run multiple things at once - relationship, pipeline, enablement, and business review - across several partners simultaneously. * Strong communication across levels. You can hold a conversation with a managing director and turn around and run a productive working session with a field AE. * Comfort with a product that ships fast. You'll need to stay current and make sure your partners do too. * Willingness to travel regularly to support partner relationships and joint customer work across the US and Europe. What You'll Do This is a new role at Legora, built to support and scale our growing Legal Engineering function in the US—helping to deliver world-class AI implementations for the world's leading law firms. It sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution — and is designed for someone who wants to be a true force multiplier for a high-impact team. You'll work closely with our Strategic Programs Lead and other Legal Engineers to help turn ambitious initiatives into reality, bringing structure, momentum, and follow-through to some of our most strategic efforts. * Supporting the development and execution of Legal Engineering initiatives across the US market * Partnering with Legal Engineers to design and deliver deployment plans, including work planning, sequencing, and execution * Assisting in the coordination of our Legal Engineering resources for the delivery of local and cross-border implementations and ensuring Legora best practices are followed for global consistency in delivery * Helping launch and scale strategic initiatives within an ever-growing Legal Engineering function * Supporting pilots, client onboarding, and internal rollouts to ensure initiatives land effectively * Monitoring and analysing adoption metrics via our analytics dashboards to identify friction points in the user journey and proposing strategic interventions during the implementation with the Engagement Managers * Establishing impeccable project hygiene: You will be the custodian of our centralised project trackers, shared environments, and action logs. You'll ensure that as we scale across the US, there is a single, perfectly maintained "source of truth" for our programs so that no detail is lost in the noise of a fast-moving rollout * Acting as a connective layer across teams, helping drive clarity, prioritisation, and progress * Bringing a structured, execution-focused mindset to ambiguous problems — and pushing work over the finish line In short: you'll help Legal Engineers focus on what they do best by making the overall system around them stronger, faster, and more effective. What You Bring You're early in your career, but already battle-tested. You've worked in environments where ambiguity is the norm, expectations are high, and outcomes matter — and you thrive in them.
