Your Impact

Lead network projects, including network establishment, upgrades, expansions, and migrations.
Configure and maintain Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco switches, and routers, among other networking equipment and ensure network

security by implementing best practices and conducting regular security audits.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our Global Operations team. As a Network

Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the designing, integration, and implementation process of our innovative public safety

products for our clients in the national first responders systems (911) and government sectors worldwide. You will be responsible

for ensuring the highest level of service is delivered to our customers 24/7.

WHAT YOU BRING:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a network engineer or equivalent in critical service industries with a focus on designing

and implementing complex network solutions.

Network Deployment & Support: Responsible for the deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of network infrastructure.
Core Technical Competencies: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the following two areas: (1) Traditional Networking,

and (2) Cloud Networking.

Strong experience with AWS VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Ingress/Egress architectures, Route 53In-depth knowledge of

planning, designing, implementing, and operating an Enterprise IT network environment and data center network.

Hands-on configuration and operational knowledge of Fortinet Firewalls, SD-WAN infrastructure, Cisco switches, and routers.
Strong experience troubleshooting private and public transport connectivity with a keen ability to identify issues affecting

production systems

Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, and DNS.
Experience building and designing rack/cabinet/cage construction for highly available and resilient network infrastructure.
Proven expertise in SD-WAN planning, design, implementation, and operations encompassing multi-site deployments

Axon offers a comprehensive total compensation package, which includes base salary, a generous annual bonus, and company equity.

ABOUT THE POSITION We're looking for Linux Engineers to join the team that maintains the critical infrastructure underlying the rest of Jane Street's technology. It's a broad role, and no two Linux Engineers look exactly alike. Our work spans on-prem and cloud infrastructure, every major pillar (compute, storage, networking), and every layer of the stack from the physical hardware to workload orchestration. You should expect to work in some (but not necessarily all) of these areas, and to go genuinely deep in a few. We see Linux Engineering and Software Engineering as two ends of a spectrum, and plenty of people could do either job well. The Security Operations team owns incident response, threat detection, SIEM engineering, log management, and third-party security risk forming the frontline defense for StubHub's global operations. As a Senior Security Operations Engineer you will bring deep hands-on experience in incident response and threat detection. You will help extend the existing tooling, automation, and detection infrastructure that enables the team to operate at scale. This is not a purely operational role; we are looking for an engineer who writes production-quality code to solve security problems, architects detection pipelines, and help mature StubHub’s SOC-less approach to Detection & Response. You will work closely with Cloud and Infrastructure Security, Identity Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders.
