Own the cost: Manage the project costs through all stage gates, integrating QCRA and risk-adjusted forecasting to provide a "no surprises" financial environment.  2. Own the outcome: Lead pre-construction estimating and post-contract live cost management. This includes managing complex change orders with deep-dive cost analysis to protect the client’s interests.  3. Report and inform: Provide simple actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels that help them deliver their part of the project more efficiently and effectively (Laminar’s existing infrastructure will support this).   4. Make scalable solutions: Develop scalable and repeatable best practices and tools in collaboration with the team so that long-term impact is achieved   5.
