Som Finish Line Quality Operator har du en viktig roll i att säkerställa att allt som tillverkas i Karossverkstaden uppfyller våra höga kvalitetskrav. Du arbetar nära produktionen och ansvarar för att identifiera avvikelser innan produkterna lämnar line. Rollen kräver stor noggrannhet, ett strukturerat arbetssätt och ett starkt fokus på kvalitet. Genom ditt arbete bidrar du direkt till att säkerställa att våra produkter lever upp till Scanias högt ställda krav och kundernas förväntningar.
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
Kontrollera kvaliteten på färdiga produkter och komponenter
Identifiera, dokumentera och rapportera avvikelser
Flagga kvalitetsbrister och säkerställa att rätt åtgärder vidtas
Följa upp kvalitetskrav och bidra till ett kontinuerligt förbättringsarbete
Samarbeta med produktion och andra funktioner för att säkerställa högsta kvalitet i tillverkningsprocessen

Fullständig gymnasieexamen eller minst 5 års arbetslivserfarenhet

You are comfortable being on the shop floor, collaborating with operators, and helping keep production running smoothly. You likely have a relevant technical education and several years experience in a similar, technical role. You are used to troubleshooting, maintaining equipment, and implementing practical improvements that make a difference in day-to-day operations. Experience with roll-to-roll or similar continuous processes is a strong plus. Familiarity with mechanical modifications, automation, PLCs, or CAD is beneficial. As a person, you are a smooth communicator with a good understanding of how to take complex, technical solutions and make them suitable for the end user of the process (in our case, operators). You enjoy working with people, and you might even have experience of working as a team lead, where your ability to drive projects to the finish line has had a positive, measurable impact on manufacturing processes. Location: Frösön Employment Type: Temporary position with the possibility of permanent employment We’re looking for a proactive and service-minded IT Desk Agent to join our IT team. In this role, you'll provide first-line IT support to end users, resolve technical issues, and help ensure stable and efficient IT services. You’ll work closely with internal IT teams and external service providers to maintain day-to-day operations, support users across the Nordic region, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT services. What You’ll Do As a IT Desk Agent, you will: Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, and the IT service management system. Handle support requests in Swedish and English. Log, prioritize, and manage incidents and service requests, ensuring accurate documentation. Resolve technical issues or escalate them to the appropriate support teams,following up to ensure timely resolution. You have: Vocational training in IT or a related field. ITIL Foundation certification. Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. 1–3 years of experience in an IT Service Desk, Helpdesk, or Technical Support role. Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar platforms. Good understanding of ITIL-based incident and request management processes. Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic networking issues. A valid Category B driving licence. The ability to understand and communicate in Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish is considered an advantage.
