ABG Real Estate Management (previously Vika Asset Management) was established in 2021. The company is a subsidiary of ABG Project

Finance and is managed by Jonas Jevanord. The company is responsible for monitoring property performance and maximizing property

revenue in the ABG Project Finance portfolio.

We are seeking a motivated professional with at least 3–5 years of relevant experience from similar roles within real estate asset

management.

About the role

• Develop and execute asset strategies to drive rental growth and long-term value creation.

• Lead leasing activities, negotiate lease agreements and optimise tenant mix across commercial properties, with a particular

focus on retail.

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of delivering strong results in commercial property

development and leasing, preferably within retail.

• A well-established network within commercial real estate, particularly among retailers, combined with sound commercial

judgement and strong negotiation skills.
