About Mynt Mynt is an all-in-one corporate card and spend management platform on a mission to reinvent business banking. By combining smart software with cards and payments infrastructure, we remove manual, time-consuming admin from how companies manage spending. We’re growing fast across the Nordics and have secured significant funding to support our continued expansion in Sweden and internationally. Mynt is a tech-first, product-driven company where teams are empowered to solve real problems and build things that matter. We’re a licensed e-money institution, card issuer, and payment processor, operating under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. Through strong partnerships with leading players such as Fortnox and Nordea — and many more on the way — our solutions are now live across all Nordic countries. Joining Mynt means helping shape both a category-defining product and a company that’s still early in its journey. With 100+ colleagues (and growing), we’re building teams that value ownership, momentum, and customer impact. About the role We’re growing fast – and our journey in Norway is just getting started! 🚀 Mynt is now looking for driven and curious Sales & Business Developers to join our growing commercial team in Oslo. We’ve already built a strong local foundation with a small dedicated team on the ground, but there’s still plenty of market to conquer, and a great opportunity to come in early and make a real impact as we scale. In this role, you’ll be part of our Norwegian sales team, helping to accelerate Mynt’s growth and strengthen our presence in the market. You’ll spend your time engaging with decision-makers like CEOs and CFOs, helping them understand how Mynt can simplify their financial processes and enable smarter growth. You’ll manage the full commercial process – from prospecting and outreach to building strong pipelines and long-term customer relationships. Beyond the sales process, you’ll represent Mynt in the Norwegian market, acting as a trusted advisor and a true ambassador for our brand. You’ll be based at our Oslo office and work closely with your local team as well as our colleagues at HQ in Stockholm. We offer a collaborative, ambitious and supportive environment where you’ll be part of an exciting phase of growth, with the chance to shape how we build and scale our Norwegian operations. What you’ll be up to * Complete all aspects of the business development cycle, including prospecting/cold calls, discovery, presentation, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and relationship development. * Proactively identify new business opportunities in the Norwegian market through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn. * Secure appointments with mid-level and C-Level executives and conduct a well-defined, consultative sales process. * Take ownership and represent Mynt as a trusted ambassador in the Norwegian market. What you bring to the table * Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within fintech, SaaS or financial services in the Norwegian market. * Strong customer orientation, excellent communication and negotiation skills. * A creative, driven and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to build trust and drive business discussions at C-level. * Experience from a startup or scale-up environment, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving setting. * Fluent in Norwegian and English. What we can offer you * Be part of an amazing team in a fast-growing scale-up. * Collaborate with fun, driven colleagues – both locally and across our Stockholm HQ. * Enjoy a flexible work environment and a centrally located office in Norway. * Shape your own development and responsibilities based on your passion and interest. The position will be filled as soon as we find a suitable candidate. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you believe this for you! 🌟
