ABOUT SIX ROBOTICS

At Six Robotics, we build intelligent software that gives Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) the ability to collaborate, adapt on the

fly, and execute missions that were previously impossible. From our base in Oslo, our 50+ experts in defence, software, and AI

develop our flagship autonomy and swarm platform used by both government and industry. In close partnership with the Norwegian

Defence Research Establishment (FFI), we move fast from concept to live deployment, often in the field alongside end users.

We work with advanced hardware and software, a modern tech stack, and missions that demand both technical mastery and operational

discipline. Everyone is close to the action, from hands-on engineering to field operations. We value clarity, integrity, and

teamwork in everything we do. Open Application - Internships and Junior Engineering Roles

If you’re interested in starting your engineering career at Six Robotics but don’t see a suitable position listed, you are welcome

to submit an open application. This allows us to learn more about your background and interests. While we will review your profile

and provide feedback, please note that this does not guarantee a suitable opportunity will be available. However, it does help us

build a connection and keep in touch should relevant openings arise in the future.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an Open Application for students, interns, and junior engineers who are interested in starting their engineering career at

Six Robotics, even if there is no specific junior or internship role currently advertised.

We use this open application to get to know motivated early-career candidates who are curious about autonomy, robotics, drones, or

complex software systems, and who want to learn by working on real-world problems alongside experienced engineers.

Roles and opportunities vary over time, and this application allows us to stay in touch if a suitable internship or junior

position becomes available.

WHO CAN APPLY

You should consider applying if you are:

A student looking for internship opportunities
A recent graduate seeking early-career experience
A junior engineer interested in robotics, autonomy, drones, or complex software systems

Please specify what opportunities you are interested in and your availability.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU APPLY

Once you submit your application, we will review it and provide initial feedback. Your profile may be kept on file so we can

reconnect if a future opportunity aligns with your skills or interests. As early-career openings can vary over time, our outreach

will depend on the available opportunities.

HOW TO STRENGTHEN YOUR APPLICATION

Please upload your CV and any relevant links, such as:

Vitnemål or diploma
GitHub or project repositories
Student projects or coursework
Personal engineering or software work that you are proud of

Additionally, a brief note about your areas of passion and what you hope to learn would be helpful.

A NOTE ON EXPECTATIONS

Submitting an open application helps us establish contact and understand your interests. However, it does not follow a set hiring

pipeline and does not guarantee an opportunity. We appreciate your interest in Six Robotics and the effort you put into reaching

out.

OUR COMMITMENT TO INCLUSION

At Six Robotics, we are committed to creating a workplace built on respect, integrity, and collaboration. We value different

perspectives and experiences, and we believe that diversity within our team strengthens both our work and our culture. We

encourage all qualified candidates to apply and help us build technology that makes a real impact.

Security Clearance Requirement

All employees at Six Robotics are required to undergo a security clearance due to our close collaboration with the Norwegian Armed

Forces. While prior clearance is not necessary, the clearance process will be initiated as part of onboarding.
