THE ROLE
As Head Chef, You will be responsible for keeping the kitchen running smoothly through busy services, supporting and developing
your team, and making sure our food standards are delivered with pride and discipline. This is a role for someone who enjoys
structure, ownership and the pace of a high-volume restaurant.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Leading the kitchen team through prep, service and daily operations.
Delivering consistent food quality, presentation and kitchen standards.
Coaching, training and developing chefs across all sections.
Managing stock, ordering, waste and food cost with strong attention to detail.
Ensuring hygiene, food safety and compliance standards are followed at all times.
Working closely with the General Manager to support strong restaurant performance.
Building a positive, hard-working kitchen culture based on teamwork and accountability.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU
Has strong experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef or senior kitchen leader.
Is confident leading a busy, high-volume kitchen.
Understands food cost, stock control, ordering and kitchen profitability.
Can train, coach and motivate a team with clear standards.
Leads by example and stays calm under pressure.
Takes pride in consistency, cleanliness and operational discipline.
Believes great kitchens are built through teamwork, ownership and respect.
