You will work closely with the floor and management teams to keep service smooth, organised and full of personality. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING * Preparing cocktails, wines and drinks according to Basta standards. * Delivering friendly, confident and engaging bar service. * Keeping the bar clean, organised and ready for busy service. * Supporting the floor team when needed to create a seamless guest experience. * Managing stock, garnishes and bar preparation before and during service. * Following hygiene, alcohol service and safety standards at all times. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING * Preparing, stretching, topping and baking pizzas according to our recipes and standards. * Delivering consistent quality and speed during busy services. * Completing daily preparation and keeping your section organised and ready. * Handling ingredients correctly, following allergen procedures and reducing waste. * Maintaining excellent hygiene, food-safety and cleanliness standards. * Communicating clearly and supporting the wider kitchen team throughout service.
