ranging across different verticals including retail and travel. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your analytical and

Vos missions Au sein de l'équipe Sales & Customer Operations, vous rejoindrez la squad Staffing & Organization, dont la mission est d'accompagner les équipes terrain de Doctolib — Sales, Account Management et Customer Service — sur les sujets d'organisation, de performance et de transformation. Dans un contexte d'évolution majeure de l'organisation Customer Care sur les deux prochaines années, vous jouerez un rôle central dans le pilotage des initiatives stratégiques clés, en étroite collaboration avec les Directeurs et la Direction. Vos responsabilités incluent, mais ne sont pas limitées à : * Piloter le lancement du nouveau modèle BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) pour l'organisation customer service : structurer le modèle opérationnel, coordonner les parties prenantes internes et externes, et garantir un démarrage fluide et efficace. * Assurer le rôle de PMO sur un projet de transformation majeur pour l'équipe Product Support : piloter l'alignement transversal, animer les groupes de travail, suivre les jalons et livrables, et veiller à une exécution rigoureuse. * Renforcer la vision à 2 ans de l'organisation Customer Care : affiner la feuille de route stratégique, définir les KPIs et mécanismes de suivi adaptés, et construire des outils de reporting actionnables pour le leadership. * Apporter structure, rigueur et élan aux projets stratégiques en cours, en assurant la clarté des priorités et en dotant les équipes des moyens nécessaires à leur exécution.
