We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join Doctolib's Automation Platform (AUTOP) team, which empowers all Doctolib
engineers to build, test, and deploy software with confidence and speed.
As part of the Platform organization, Autop’s mission is to build and maintain the automation infrastructure and developer tools
that enable our engineering teams to deliver high-quality software efficiently. Every feature shipped at Doctolib — from
appointment booking to teleconsultation to AI-powered clinical tools — flows through AUTOP's automation infrastructure. We're the
platform behind the platform. When product teams ship faster, safer, and with more confidence, it's because AUTOP built the rails
they run on.
AUTOP (Automation Platform) is responsible for critical developer-facing systems including: CI/CD automation, testing
infrastructure (unit, integration, E2E, contract, visual regression), local and ephemeral development environments, release
management, dependency management, and developer productivity tooling.

What you’ll do We are looking for a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to join the DS & AI organization at Doctolib. This is a transversal force multiplier role operating across all AI teams: Clinical, Productivity, Phone Assistant and ASR. Rather than working within a single feature team, you will own the cross-cutting technical challenges: defining how Doctolib's product and AI teams build agentic solutions, standardizing ML evaluation frameworks, and spreading strong engineering practices across the org. You will unblock teams, shape architecture decisions, and take on the deep technical work that requires senior ML judgment at scale, directly impacting the daily lives of 400,000 healthcare professionals and the health of 80 million patients. Building at Doctolib means delivering innovative products that measurably improve outcomes for care teams and patients alike. Technical Strategy & Architecture * Own cross-team ML architecture decisions, from model selection to production deployment patterns and strategic build vs. buy decisions * Define and drive adoption of rigorous evaluation frameworks across all AI teams, setting the standard for how Doctolib measures model and agentic performance * Establish shared production infrastructure patterns for AI: model and prompt versioning, guardrails, uncertainty quantification, cost optimization, and observability * Lead the technical design of agentic solutions and define how product teams across Doctolib build on top of AI capabilities * Elevate technical standards across the DS & AI org by influencing Staff and Senior ML Engineers through architecture reviews, technical guidance, and practice propagation * Partner with Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure safe rollout and meet EU regulatory expectations (GDPR, MDR, EU AI Act) Who you are Before you read on, if you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply. As Design System Manager, you will own, evolve, and champion Tempo — Deezer's design system. You will drive platform strategy, architecture, and execution to help engineers ship faster, safer, and with higher quality. A key part of your role will be to actively collect needs and best practices from engineering teams, turning those insights into relevant, well-grounded platform solutions. You will set engineering standards along with senior engineers from the whole company, mentor peers, and bridge platform engineering with AI and cybersecurity. Responsibilities * Platform Engineering - Architect and evolve the IDP, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks. Own the long-term technical vision, define platform standards (IaC, GitOps), and select best-in-class tooling across build, deployment, monitoring, and security. * Developer Experience - Proactively identify and eliminate friction across the software lifecycle. Track DX metrics (DORA, SPACE) and use data to prioritize platform investments. Be the internal advocate for developers. * AI-Augmented Platform - Integrate AI capabilities into the platform (intelligent code review, anomaly detection, smart test generation). Evaluate and operationalize AI tools (GitHub Copilot, LLM-based assistants) and explore agentic automation to reduce developer toil. * Security & Compliance - Embed security-by-design into every platform layer: secure CI/CD (SAST, DAST, SCA, secret scanning), supply chain integrity (SLSA, SBOM), and least-privilege access.
