Beamy est à l'aube d'un tournant majeur, en pleine préparation de sa Série B. Dans cette phase d'accélération, nous recherchons un(e) Contract Manager opérationnel(le) pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce rôle ne se limite pas à la gestion contractuelle : il s'agit d'être un(e) véritable accélérateur de deals dans un environnement Enterprise complexe, au carrefour des équipes Sales, Finance et Tech.
Tu auras l'opportunité unique de structurer nos processus contractuels depuis le terrain. Ta maîtrise des négociations SaaS et de l'achat logiciel sera déterminante pour fluidifier nos cycles de vente, sécuriser nos engagements et poser les bases opérationnelles de la croissance de Beamy.
Pilotage de la phase contractuelle côté Sales
Prendre en charge l'orchestration complète du cycle contractuel sur nos deals Enterprise (CAC 40 / Global 2000) : de la NDA à la signature du contrat.
Travailler en binôme avec nos Account Executives pour accélérer les closing en anticipant et débloquant les points contractuels.
Rédiger, relire et négocier les contrats SaaS, DPA, et accords partenaires — en t'appuyant sur nos conseils juridiques externes pour les sujets complexes.
Coordination des parties prenantes
Interagir directement avec les équipes Achats, Legal et DSI des grands comptes clients — tu connais leur fonctionnement de l'intérieur.
Aligner les parties prenantes internes (Sales, Finance, CEO) sur les positions contractuelles à adopter.
Gérer la relation avec nos prestataires juridiques externes.
Gestion des risques et conformité
Identifier et évaluer les risques contractuels liés à nos engagements commerciaux et opérationnels.
Contribuer activement à nos démarches de conformité ISO 27001 et SOC 2, ainsi qu'à notre stratégie ESG.
Gestion des contrats internes
Prendre en charge l'ensemble de nos contrats internes : achats, prestataires, conseillers.
Expérience Achats IT / Software
Au moins 4 ans d'expérience dans un poste d'Acheteur IT, Acheteur Software, ou IT Category Manager, idéalement dans une multinationale ou un éditeur SaaS.
Excellente compréhension des enjeux contractuels liés à l'achat de solutions SaaS : licensing, engagements de service (SLA), conditions de résiliation, etc.
Connaissance et/ou appetance des sujets contractuels Tech
