Being part of the Growth Team at Voodoo requires a lot of operational excellence and creativity in order to constantly adapt ourselves to stay ahead of the rest of the market. ROLE Voodoo is looking for a Lead Creative Manager to lead a squad of creative operators. ROLE We’re looking for a creative, independent, and strategic Social Media Manager to reactivate and reinvent BeReal’s presence on all global social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and yes — even BeReal itself. You’ll own BeReal’s voice across platforms, rekindle engagement with our millions of followers, and create content that feels human, on trend, and on brand. From lo-fi check-ins to thumb-stopping creative to strategic collabs, you’ll help shape what BeReal means to this next generation — especially as we expand into monetization. * Lead BeReal’s owned social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, and BeReal, with the potential to expand to emerging platforms * Reignite community engagement with creative, raw, and resonant content that reflects BeReal’s values: authenticity, mental health, and presence * Design and own the content calendar, from planned storytelling to real-time reactive posts * Shape the voice and tone of BeReal across all platforms, reinforcing our distinct POV in the social landscape * Collaborate with our community to elevate user stories and content (UGC), and amplify our most passionate voices * Partner with the Brand Strategy team to roll out campaigns that support growth, brand trust, and cultural relevance — particularly as we introduce ads * Track and analyze performance to inform strategy and optimize for engagement, reach, and resonance * Ensure alignment with overall brand strategy and comms priorities PROFILE * 2+ years experience managing social media for a youth-focused, culture-first brand or platform on a global scale (ideally EMEA + USA) * Perfectly fluent in English * Deep understanding of Gen Z behavior, trends, memes, and what it takes to earn attention (and trust) * Strong creative instincts and impeccable taste — you know what feels right, and what doesn’t * Proven ability to grow and engage large audiences across platforms * Confidence to work autonomously and take creative risks, with a test-learn-optimize mindset * Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills (bonus if you can shoot/edit content too) * Passionate about authenticity, mental health, and building a better version of social media * Paris-based or willing to relocate

TEAM You will work within the Growth team, in cooperation with Engineering & Data teams, enabling our Growth operations to move faster, smarter, and at significantly greater scale. As Lead Product Manager you will be integrated in the VGP Team. VGP automates repetitive and high-volume growth tasks, starting with the distribution of over 25,000 creatives across multiple ad networks and campaigns per year, and continuously improves decision-making, performance monitoring, and playable ads production. The platform is evolving to integrate AI-driven campaign launches, bidding automation, and expanded network coverage. ROLE We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our Growth team. In this role, you’ll build scalable automation systems at the intersection of Growth, AdTech, and AI. You will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of the Voodoo Growth Platform (VGP), a strategic internal product that powers the automation of our user acquisition operations at scale. You will: * Define and drive the long-term vision and roadmap of the Voodoo Growth Platform. * Build scalable systems to automate campaign launches, creative uploads, and cross-network distribution. * Lead the integration of AI-driven features to automate bidding strategies, campaign setup, and performance optimization. * Partner closely with engineers and tech leads to design and deliver reliable, high-performance systems. * Collaborate with Growth teams to deeply understand operational pain points and turn them into automation opportunities. * Work with Product Managers across Voodoo to anticipate dependencies and align roadmaps. * Improve data-driven decision-making by enhancing performance tracking, reporting, and experimentation frameworks within VGP. * Ensure platform robustness, monitoring, and operational excellence * Balance short-term operational efficiency gains with long-term platform scalability and technical excellence * Foster a culture of automation-first thinking across the Growth operations PROFILE * Strong experience as a Product Manager in Growth, AdTech, automation platforms, or similarly technical environments * Proven experience building internal tools or scalable B2B/B2B2C platforms * Understanding of user acquisition ecosystems (ad networks, campaign structures, creatives, bidding strategies) * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into product decisions. * Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex technical roadmaps. * Interest in AI-driven automation * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * Comfortable operating in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
