Our Mission ⚖️ At Doctrine, we're building Europe's leading legal AI platform. Our belief? Law shouldn't be slowed down by repetitive tasks. It should be augmented by a specialised AI, designed to understand, analyse and produce legal reasoning at the highest standard. Our ambition? To help legal professionals work with greater reliability, efficiency and peace of mind, through a single, comprehensive and secure platform. Today, 27,000 legal professionals across five countries (France, Italy, Germany, Spain and Luxembourg) trust us to do just that. Our growth is guided by a clear approach: a global vision, grounded in a deep understanding of local specificities. Behind this ambition, a team of around 250 people, united around one goal: supporting lawyers and legal professionals at every stage of their work, from research to drafting. And we're just getting started. The context Doctrine has achieved 50% annual growth over the last four years and has become the market leader in AI-powered legal platform in France. We then expanded into Italy (2024), Germany (2025), and in 2026 we acquired Maïté, the Spanish legal AI champion. This trajectory means our Sales, Marketing & Ops teams are operating at full speed, across multiple markets, with increasingly ambitious launches. Why this role exists Doctrine's international expansion is accelerating fast: new markets, new products, new competitive dynamics, all at once. As we scale across Italy, Germany, and Spain, the opportunity ahead of us is clear: build a genuinely local presence in each market. That's what this role is about. We're looking for someone to own the German market from the inside; someone who brings the depth of local expertise that makes the difference between a launch that lands and one that merely ships. Someone who turns market knowledge into sharp positioning, scattered signals into a coherent narrative, and a sales team into confident product advocates. The German PMM is a builder role. The foundations are there; the local layer is yours to create. What you'll own Reporting to our Marketing Manager and working closely with our German sales team, the German Field Marketing, Product Manager and the broader Marketing & Ops team, you'll be responsible for making Doctrine perceived as the leading legal AI platform in Germany. Your core scope covers: Go-to-Market: You'll build and execute all GTM collateral for German product launches: product emails, visuals, LinkedIn campaigns, webinars, in-product communications, ads. Positioning & Messaging: You'll be the person who best understands perceived value from German clients' perspective. You'll translate that into the German website, customer testimonials, landing pages, and brochures. Product Enablement: Working hand-in-hand with our global sales enablement manager, you'll develop and update sales tools (pitch decks, demo flows, objection handling, battlecards). You'll co-run product training sessions for the German sales team and close the feedback loop on the commercial playbook. Market Intelligence: You'll be the go-to expert on the German legal market: competitors, personas, buying dynamics. You'll own the creation and maintenance of German battlecards and personas, and you'll synthesize market signals into actionable insight for both the product and sales teams. User Education: Working with Product and Growth, you'll make sure German users adopt and activate the full range of Doctrine's features through targeted campaigns and in-app actions. Performance: You'll define what a successful German launch looks like - that framework doesn't fully exist yet and building it is part of the job. Then you'll track, iterate, and maximize the impact of everything you ship. What we're looking for Native or bilingual German: not a nice-to-have, structurally essential to everything in this role. A proven first experience as a Field marketer, PMM or Product Marketer, ideally in B2B SaaS. Comfort working in English and German across multiple teams and stakeholders; you enjoy coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects. AI is part of your toolkit, not a bonus skill. You're comfortable using AI tools as a natural extension of your workflow. At Doctrine, we build AI products for legal professionals; the expectation is that our own team leads by example. You need to understand the big picture before you can do good work, and you can translate that big picture into sharp, actionable copy. You're a natural storyteller: you can make complex concepts accessible, you write with conviction, and you're not afraid to take the mic in front of 100 people. You thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing international environments. You're willing to roll up your sleeves: this role ships things, it doesn't just strategize. You bring creative, unconventional ideas to the table.
